It Wandered In From the Wastes
How far can you level with this patch?

...but if you kill the enemy with shot in the eyes, it should be good as newRavager69 said:Well, it doesn't really make sense to put that mod. In most cases, armor is rendered useless if you unload half of the clip in a guy.
To get the power armour you need 130 repair, 110 science and advanced power armour requires 140 repair and 120 science. You don't have these kind of skills early in the game.TJ07 said:I don't like the Lootable Armour mod, I played it in Megamod and it was way too easy. The special encouter where a rat kills a bunch of dudes in power armor, you'd get their armors for your party. Wuppiduu
Could you upload somewhere the ssl files you created and drop a link to decompiler/editor you use?MIB88 said:Just an FYI about the lootable armor mod: those values (science and/or repair) for being able to get the armor when a critter is killed is not a part of the original mod. The original just creates the armor when a critter is killed, regardless of the main character's skills. Those were values I added.
MIB88 said:(As a further aside, to TJ07 and anyone else who comes across the lootable armor mod (or another other component) of the Megamod or any other project, and they think it makes their game too easy -
Feel free not to take advantage of the armor, location, or whatever. Just ignore it. Regarding the armor, it's pretty dang simple, as the armor isn't added to your inventory... nor the money from any shopkeepers for that matter. Try exercising a little restraint. I'm sure you don't go through the game picking up, using, and/or selling each and every piece of gear. And if you feel as though getting the power armor you found makes your game too easy, for example, then go back to another armor.)
TJ07 said:Yeah sorry, don't have a lot of restraint when it comes to Fallout. If I get something easy I'm still really thrilled about it. Not criticising your Megamod, it's awesome
In earlier versions RP used B-Team Armor Mod because of which NPCs were allowed to use any weapon while wearing some armor, but now NPC Armor mod is used instead and this shouldn't happen. Maybe, there are still some parts of B-Team mod left?
Something didn't install correct or disappeared later.Lucasso said:Got problem with Fallout 2 and Restoration Project 1.2 and can't find solution. Maybe somebody from will be able to help me.
During playing everytking is great, till i tried to get into Broken Hills. It looks that graphic of this city is not loading becouse screen is black there is nothing on. Only the cursor left behing its move red hex path.
Have somebody such problem? How can I fix it?

I would suggest you try to reinstall the RP, if that don't work, try to reinstall Fallout 2 as well. Keep your save games, they are not the problem.
Look at the end of this page.Judaeus Apella said:Is there something I need to know about this patch to get it to work?
I think it actually is a bug, some mix-up with the mysterious stranger or something. I don't quite remember what was said so don't quote me on it.toneone said:so i assume by "yes" you mean he is
"supposed to be such a badass who you will proably not beat at the time you encounter him???"
It's not random, but how it used to be in the RP before version 1.2toneone said:ive read you could find a gattling laser, gauss pistol and a pulse pistol there, i did not find any of these.
i was really loking forward to the gaus pistol

So until Killap addresses this, the solution is not to choose the "Improved Mysterious Stranger" option in the installer.
