Please understand that this is Killaps baby, and ultimately what he thinks is best for the Restoration Project will be allowed, and if something, (even if it is beautifully made), doesn’t quite fit in, then sorry it might not make it. Fallout is one of those few brilliant games that modding is a combination of pleasure and pain. I believe that if what you make doesn’t fit in seamlessly within the world of Fallout, (for my contribution that would be purely on a visual basis), then don’t use it, but that doesn’t mean you can’t expand on the artwork within Fallout.
As for the writing and scripting aspects, well I think of it as the glue that holds it all together, if that’s weak then the whole thing falls apart, and that’s why Fallout 1 and 2 are such stand outs in the world of computer gaming, the glue is so strong, and it doesn’t hurt to have such striking visuals. If there is a RP 1.4, or some small expansion of RP 1.3, it will be based on the quality of the material offered to Killap.
