It won't be released by the March 18th, that's just when the beta testing finishes...there will be lots of stuff that will need fixing, some things are small - slight map fixes - while others could be game breakers - I found one repeatable crash - so all of it will be passed up and Killap will have to go through it.

Not to mention many of the night-time talking head backgrounds aren't working correctly, and stuff like that, so Killap will be pretty busy for a while yet. The actual game is pretty huge, it takes me about 50+ hours to finish it, mind you I try to do every little thing that's possible in the game.

50+ hours? great. currently looking through posts, any updates to robobrain? cyber dog? npcs in general to there overall story/interactions?

anything needed story/writer wise guys or testing let me know.
 
now that im here i guess ill tip my hat. i got an older version of this mod installed. i had no idea it is still being worked on. if there is yet more material coming up, that would be absolutely awesome

Have you considered applying for a job with the old interplay people? considering they're gonna try make Wasteland 2 ^_^

Let me thank you for all the great work! It is just awesome, not less than that. 've been a fan of f2 for quite a long time and I still prefer F2RP to F3 series: it's much more like Fallout should be. Thank you, Killap.

I'm not sure if it isn't too late to post this, however I've encountered a bug today. I've searched for similar bugs but couldn't find any. Sorry if it's a dup.

Version: 2.1.2b (no other mods installed)
Issue: Marcus disappears after buying armor

S2R:
* get Marcus in your party;
* have at least 1 battle for Marcus to change his appearance to V13 suit;
* get him Turbo Plasma Rifle and a Metal Armor MK2 (his appearance is still V13 suit);
* visit Abbey, have a talk with Bill;
* buy armor for Marcus.
Additional info: Marcus does not appear after that. Ever.

Please look into this if you have time.
I can email you saves just before I buy the armor and right after, but please tell me your email or maybe there's some other way to send them to you.

I consider this a minor bug as I can have Marcus wear almost any armor I have with all positive modifiers as long as he's in V13 suit, but still this is a bug.

Thank you again for your great mod! I really enjoy playing it.
 
Hey killap, have you had a chance to look at my save yet? And when is the next version going to be released? Or has it been released already?
 
include miria mods also please ;D.

Grrr kids in den keep stealing important items then i go to upgrade car or fix reactor and have no item grr ;/

Just shoot the little monsters, or steal your stuff back before they sell it, or go into combat mode when walking past them.
 
usually i don't notice till i go to the place to use the item, thus requires a reload ;D

Waiting on killaps new patch.

Thanks for the great mod guys.

There seems to be a bug or something missing.

I have searched google, looked through each of the RP threads and can't find an answer...however I have found it was asked 3 times with no response.

Klamath.... Brahmin Mutilation....

when talking with Mrs. Buckner she has a dialogue option about missing cattle. Your response is "Uhm, nevermind." When you look at the Brahmin behind the Duntons shack it pops up saying the branding has been copied over. You can goto the Duntons and ask about this but it goes no where. You go with Torr to defend the brahmins. The Duntons are there. In the shack are a pair of "Fake Claws" to which you can confront the Duntons with. They will make excuses and nothing comes from it.... Seemingly no resolution to that quest line. I can do the Guarding of the brahmin or rustling...but I can't finish the other.

Please help.

No previous versions of RP installed
All drivers up to date
No other mods installed cept what came with RP
 
I guess the order of spotting signs/confronting Duntons/talking with Buckner could be a little bugged here.
Maybe some variable change/check missing.
Darek is probably the person able to nail it down fast.
 
Maybe some upgrades for skynet/robo brain... so if u get the best brain it can use heavy weapons or energy ones ;D or some new chat options...

Ill look into it see what i can dig up in advice for this.

It can only use the weapons that fit the actual animations - big pistol (SMG) and rifle. Anything else is impossible without some very tricky editing in Photoshop. Don't wait for an upgrade, it wont happen (but never say never).

As for the energy weapons, YK42B Pulse Rifle is a big gun animation, YK32 Pulse Pistol is a small pistol animation, Turbo Plasma Rifle is another big gun animation, the Laser Rifle is out as well, same for the Plasma Pistol.

The Gauss rifle should be OK, but the PPK12 Gauss Pistol is a small pistol animation. The H&K G11E is OK, same for the H&K P90c, .223 Pistol is good - basically Skynet is limited to the weapons it can use. :roll:
