You get -2 town rep for losing the arm wrestling and -5 for winning.
I looked at the original script and it seems like it's meant to be that way.
As for the display monitor, doesn't that only display karma loss?
Town reputation ain't the same thing.
Okay Thanks. :)

Well I'm in Vault City and untill now I found no game-breaking bugs; seems Farrel's quest in Modoc has also been sorted out. :ok:

If you enter the Hubologist stash while being stupid for the first time, you'll get stuck there in an endless loop.

The only option to answer is "Err.."
The speechbox goes down, then comes up again with the same thing.
And then it goes on forever.

Had to ctrl+alt+del to even be able to shut the game off since you can't access the menu while in speech mode.

You are tottaly right. Sorry for the inconvenice.
Dont know why i did not see that the other time i waited for the toe to grow out.

By the way GREAT mod. Thanks for hours of good gaming :)

@ joochian,
You have to consider game balance. killap could lower the Karma for helping Frankie, but then he would be changing the game, not restoring...

I find your lack of karma-faith... disturbing...

also, killing citizen/civilian in Enclave oil rig also deduct karma.. c'mon all Enclave people are evil...

Enclave may be evil, doesnt mean everyone in it are. Mindlessly killing harmless civilians, whether they serve a good or evil organisation, nearly always doesn't work out well with the other wastelanders :P

can you guys confirm this:
optimizing gecko powerplant, no longer causes Vault city to invade Gecko... VC+Gecko living/trade harmoniously...

Yes
[spoiler:a79730153f]provided you gave the economic disc to McClure.

Also, I am not sure whether this was intentional or not, but when I assassinated Bishop using the rigging-his-safe technique, the game registers the explosion, but there was no message saying that Bishop took such damage and died. When I went back up stairs, Bishop's corpse wasn't there.

... Unless he got blown off the roof?

this lack of serious player reported bugs is great, looks like 2.1.1 did what it was supposed to.

you must be a proud poppa bear, killap.
It does feel good to know that the RP is quite stable now.

It did say you heard a boom, yes? In any event, this is the bishop assassination fix at work. He is no longer actually physically killed by the bomb, but he does die. The game does recognize his death, right?

Bah, yeah I don't play as a dumb character so I didn't check these things. A fix will come.

Killap:

Yes, the game does register his death, both by in game text (a BOOM and the text describing the said BOOM) and by NPC reactions (Angela said she KNEW it was me who killed her Father).

Thanks for clearing that up :D

EDIT: I will verify if westin also recognises him as dead

after recruiting myron, and when u talk to his guards.. the guards just say myron is not in, eventhough myron is next to him...

might as well, change that dialog to,
"myron has to STAY in his room!!!",
"don't bring that punk back!"
"Mr. Mordino is gonna be pissed!"
or something like that..

Killap, could you please put a note in the old RP2.1 Thread (that is now in "the vats") as usually done with all the others, leading here?
I had the 2.1 Thread bookmarked in the browser and wondered why nobody posted anymore, until I saw 'Thread Locked' today. So I used the forum search to come here. And thanks again for another fine update :)

ever since i tried restoration 2.0, i have had random memory crashes, i see others do as well, what is that and can they be avoided???

also i had a crash trying to fix well at the primitive tribe. but bucket dont seem to work?

also the stim pack mission, why do you need PE 7 or more to solve it? i got like 40+ doctor, should that not be more helpful???

Have you tried now in 2.1.1? Stability has been greatly improved since 2.0.

playing 2.1.1 right now, had a crash, when the bucket would not go into place after i had added rope, clicked repair to see if that would put bucket there, but then memory crash.

All issues reported should be accompanied with a save game. Care to share?

shall remember next time, but even with 2.1.1 i get these crashes at times.

in primitive tribe, how do you get the collect some weapons mission? done all the others and waited another day

I had a crash when I returned from the stimpack mission the first time I did it..

and a problem in the klamath rat caves ( just where I happened to be at the time ) where I couldn't save in any slot..

I reloaded an earlier save and it didn't happen the next time I went there.. ( and as it's a save problem no way to make a savegame of it. irony ? :) )

Hm, the fire gecko's pelts are too cheap! Only 5 bucks for such dangerous hunting? :)

The problem is they aren't harmless. I decided to take out the people on the level with the villagers and Vault 13 members so they'd have a clean getaway and all...

The thing is, as I was fighting Enclave soldiers and security robots, the citizens also came up and started attacking. And at least one of them was using a ripper. I figured since they were helping the "evil" guards they'd also be considered bad, but no.

I ended up crippling their legs so they'd just limp away from the fight and leave me alone. But I do think it is at least a little odd.
