I see the future of Fallout 4 with universal ammo clips for every weapon.

I see the future of Fallout 4 following the Mass Effect and foregoing ammo in favour of weapons having overheating effects and cooldown time.

Ammo?

Needlessly complex.
And which game did a similar approach? Riiigghht Deus Ex 2!

One of the things I hated most in the game ... one "nano" ammunition for every weapon ...

i was just about to say the same thing. didn't they receive a huuuge ass-blasting for generally dumbing the game down too much and having it optimized for consoles, so the pc-version sucked? sounds familiar.

That was then, these days they will call it innofashiun!

Heh! And do you know what the best thing is?

The announcement for Deus Ex 3! It was something like "... We need to focus more on action in the game" ... as like that is of course what the Deus Ex franchise, or ANY game in the first place needs. More action ...

The game went not even in full production and I already have now a very very bad feeling as a long time Deus Ex 1 player ... sure take away what made the games great in the first place and interested its fans and made it a classic. Its complex gameplay, story and setting.

i prefer the more euphemistic phrase "making the game available to a broader audience". :freak:

right-o.

another point is that dx1 had characters, not just NPCs. paul, jock, gunther (!!!), and so on were people that just had charisma. you could relate to them. when paul and jock died during my first playthrough, i was actually sad and missed them.

*sigh*

i guess games of this quality will never come again.

By the way, I found a direct reference to Van Buren in Operation: Anchorage:

This armor appears to be a more recent prototype of the same HG stealth armor captured from enemy infiltrators at the Hoover Sabotage.

Remmeber FO:POS?

And now look at FO3.

Yeah...

Finally I found a workaround to my problem thx to CoolingGibbon over at GFWL Forums. Hopefully I can play Anchorage in a little bit....

Disappointment. Too easy, not really an RPG add on. A mediocre shooter.

The tank things were a bit out of place. Although it was nice to have a slightly challenging fight on that game for a change.

And seriously, 4 hours of gameplay i was promised. Yes. If by four hours they meant an hour and half. Maybe it was because of the time difference...

That tank was challenging? I just pushed Sergeant Generic round the corner and hid behind the invincible twit while lobbing grenades at it.
