Fun is subjective. And mind you, in Mrbtongue's words
And then, the rest of what you mentioned just tear apart Fallout 4 from being an actual RPG.
Mmmm all these apologist toward Bethesda..... eh. whatever. This site has always been making prediction about the game based on the trailers; heck, the whole internet actually did that for Fallout 4 before it came out and they were right. Well, about 95% of their predictions were right. It's a CIRCLEEEEEEEEEEEE OF BETHESDA, so it's up to Bethesda to break the circle and prove to us they are an actual 'AAA' video game developers. Not that I thought AAA games means good games, you dig?
Fallout: New Vegas: WHO THE FUCK SHOT ME IN THE HEAD????!!!!
At least 90s Interplay/Black Isle/Obsidian didn't repeat the same old fetch quests as plot device. Even when they did that, though, it blends properly with the rest of the world, as the plot continued into a bigger, more interesting scheme. Unlike Bethesda who repeat it for their vanilla games AND DLCs, and still not getting it interesting and blend nicely with the rest of the world. But, eh, we'll see if they are gonna repeat the same mistake with Far Harbor.
