Fallout 4 gameplay videos leaked, Bethesda starts taking them down

If Fallout 4 wins game of the year, I'm going to explode.

Meh, "Game of the Year" doesn't mean anything. With hundreds of gaming publications out there Fallout 4 is bound to be named GOTY somewhere. And even if not, there will be a GOTY edition after all the DLC has been released, because that's how it works. But it will get 9/10 across the board, guaranteed.
What a brave new world.

A feral ghoul gives as much experience as a Super Mutant... Why do I even bother watching those? It's already completely obvious that this game is FUBAR.

Those "Super Mutant" Hounds give more Exp than the mutants themselves.

Also, what are those hounds even? Whatever happened to the Centaurs?

Hassknecht, tell me that you are experimenting during your day job with something that could cause totally particle decay, that if let loose could unmake Earth?
I would only support you in your endeavour to create this.

Sadly I'm only working on different sorts of material ablation, nothing to end the world with.

Yet.
Technically, one of my projects involves laser-assisted tunneling. I'm not saying it is like "The Core"... but it is totally like "The Core" :D

Then there is hope, preventing this world from declining into greater stupidity by ending it before it happens.
(well if you were working on a gateway that would allow access to parallel universes, including one in which Interplay recuperated from financial losses, Titus and Herve never got in the picture, Van Buren was released as Fallout 3, and parallel Earth is in general a sane and decent place I would also be very interested in that development)

If only :(
I would go to all the 'dead' Earths; the Earths in which humanity became extinct because of a calamity (virus) or through their own doing (warfare, over population) and clean them out for all the riches and resources laying around.
Or parallel Earths with advanced technology, knowledge, or anything of interest and start trading with them for stuff we could use or would enjoy.

And I would never tell the politicians or the rich about this. They have already stolen enough of the pie in our world, these new pies are mine and anyone who would like to join me in plucking the pearls of the oyster that is reality.
And if I ever would come across a place completely to my liking, I would spend the rest of my days there.

Watching these videos I think I've figured something out about people who enjoy these games. They are all impatient and running around and using fast travel to get from objective to objective instead of casually roaming the wasteland getting into adventures. It's like "I need to finish this game as soon as possible!" and don't really try to enjoy it their first time around. Speed runs should be reserved for 2nd or 3rd playthroughs, not your first experience. It's all the Mountain Dew and Doritos fueling them I guess. :P

That's like saying people who like Super Mario Brothers are stupid because the game isn't complex. This weird NMA-specific mindset confuses me, like you're a bunch of MENSA members looking down upon the plebs when the opposite seems to be the case.

I don't know Fearmonkey, I have seen people playing bethesda games that actually suffer from the opposite, picking every fork and bent tin can off the ground and obssessively collecting clutter like Teddy Bears and Nuka Cola trucks.

"NMA-specific"... Do you not go anywhere else on the internet? There's plenty of high horse riding people on the internet. It's as if you were born yesterday.

Yeah, I guess. Not seeing that much in these videos. The last one Kilus posted did have a bit of exploration. But the guy did seem to run to get there which is what made me make that post. :P

Bullets hitting the envirorment now have a "splash" of dirt and all that. That's actually nice, you had to install IMPACT to get that in New Vegas.
