So of course Generic Solider Protagonist Man is the true character you are to play as judging from the intro and information we have, he is featured more prominently on the concept arts and is the one with combat experience, because "Merica"! USA! USA! The pandering is off the charts.

Well if I ever decide to get this i'm planning on playing as the woman so I can watch Kellogg's Cornflakes put a round into that generic, horribly voiced, big nosed bastard's head and laugh. Then romance another woman like Piper while watching Dogmeat run around on fire like nothing is going on.

I'm sure the female companions look fine until they start talking or doing anything animated. The one trailer Piper was in she was talking and she had this Wile E Coyote grin without ever closing her lips and didn't bother to stop clenching her teeth.
