Are you sure? judging by the slowed sound, it seems more like a scope slow-motion effect to me.

Look at the choppiness of their movements, that's clearly a frame rate drop.

Yeah, slow motion effects should still run at 30FPS or whatever your frame rate is on PC. Like in movies with slow motions effects, they still run at 24 fps.

That third video shows 30-second load times on exterior-interior cell transitions. How does that compare to PS3 load times with Skyrim (I only played Skyrim on PC)?

Has anybody been noticing a trend of companies hiring absolutely terrible male voice actors who hardly emote, but for some reason the female voice actors seem to have more emotional range? Is it just bad direction, or is it a lack of experience? And it's always the protagonist, male side characters tend to have good emotional range.
