Fallout 76 Really Sucks. People Act Shocked.

I'm not saying they're telling the truth. I don't trust what large companies say on a general basis. I agree with you. They'll need to go F2P soon-ish. They likely will. They likely wouldn't reveal it until they truly plan to do it. Why would they? They might grab a few more buyers here and there if they squash the rumors.

This Fallout 76 fiasco is getting a bit old, TBH. Yes, it's hilarious to see it fail so miserably, but even the funniest of jokes become boring after they've been told over and over.

Maybe it was being pulled off the shelves because it wasn't selling anything and the box just had a piece of cardboard inside.

It's just depressing and sad at this point. Almost as sad as the work culture at Blizzard.

SWTOR was originally a buy-to-play + a $15 monthly subscription. They realized their model was failing and added a free version and a microtransaction shop, but the free account still has a ton of annoying restrictions. Most can be lifted by spending money. There are also expansions that you have to buy.

If Fallout 76 went F2P it would have to accompany a pay to win cash shop and/or some kind of free player restriction that can be lifted by buying an upgrade.

New vaults? Well, new in the sense that they were always there, you just couldn't go inside.

Abandon all hope, ye who enter here.

At least one of those vaults is gonna be an experiment Vault for sure and i wonder how much stupid it will be.

Predictions of the Vault experiments:

Vault that was never filled with any dwellers.
Vault that got infected by the Scorch.
A Vault where the experiment was to commit suicide immediately.
A Vault where some robots killed everyone.
A Vault where they just straight up died of aids.
A Vault where they forgot to pack food so they all died.

Vault that was made of cardboard and isn't a Vault. It falls apart when you walk inside. You get a bunch of settlement supplies because of this though so surely the players will be satisfied with this wonderful twist.

Vault filled with holotapes, so each Dweller could record his every day and finally death. When you enter the Vault you find that everyone died (SURPRISE), but they left thousands of tapes.

A Vault filled with Vaults filled with Vaults filled with all the unsold copies of Fallout 76.

Another day, another broken patch.

Also, anyone else notices that Petey boy is still MIA? That is a sign of a company that cares about it's product!

Todd decided to find a scapegoat, so they staged Petey's escape to Mexico.

But the real Pete is stuffed into his own fridge in some sort of a cruel joke...

This is no longer funny, Bethesda.
