haven't check the site for a while and just found this, good job Sduibek , hopefully this will become one day what killap and friends did for fallout 2
don't know if you are aware of, but i remember during the years a good amount of source material in text files/ pdf for both fallout games, having all sorts of information regarding cut stuff/ plot holes , bugs etc which you may want to check out . I don't have any links or the files themselves, apart from one text file i had in my computer, but i do remember one big pdf called fallout bible and several other text files with notes in them, a developer interview, a scaned walkthrough from some greek magazine mentioning several things that didn't work in the game, lots of stuff.
anyway here's the text file i have , don't think the authors native language was English though
VAULT 13:
LEVEL2, PEOPLE, Vault couple, pair of vault dwellers moved into your room who you can kick out or agree to give the room (xp for both options, +/- reputation depends on option, + minor items for giving room (items spawn on container in room after dialogue?)
SHADY SANDS:
ENTRANCE, PEOPLE, Agatha the storyteller, listen to her stories for xp minor, Elder, (Aradesh prototype?) talks about radscorpions, Barterman talks about radscorpions (starts radscorpion quest?), opens dialogue option with Sammy, offers reward for radscorpion quest (no xp, items yes, but none listed?) won't barter with player unless radscorpion quest solved (quest reward option to barter items with him and no item reward?), Barterman's Guard, Cook, compliment through dialogue for +Reputation (one chance, one time charisma check for dialogue start)
GARDEN/PENS, PEOPLE, Sammy, talks about radscorpions,takes player to radscorpion caves (option available after talking to Barterman),
RADSCORPION CAVES, LOCATION, shortcut becomes available on town map after first visit, ACTIVITY, blowing up cave entrance (dynamite/p. explosive on weak spot) destroys nest ,rewards xp (value varies if radscorpions quest still active, if radscorpions still alive in cave xp=more# if dead xp=less#, if quest active completes it), extra + reputation later if player mentions it to quest giver (Elder/Aradesh/Barterman?), (affects radscorpion encounters in area?)
VAULT 15:
SURFACE, BUG, radscorpion enemy sometimes disappears,
LEVEL 2 , ITEMS, (uzi under bed?)
LEVEL 3 , ITEMS (on molerat corpse?) unique key used for unlocking unique conatainer/(lockpicking blocked), (container found later in game?)
there is also a lot of dialogue text for the above cut characters which i don't know if i should copy paste cause this post is becoming a bit huge already, tell me if you need it, there are two asterisks though here
*Sammy location=entrance
*Agatha +/- reputation on dialogues options, (- reputation on messing bed) story dialogue option requires good reputation+dialogue sequence (agatha= not tired)
