As for sex as a whole it can affect your experience, from the basic "get a discount" all the way to screwing the wife of local Joe and igniting a bloodshed/trial/whatever, skimming through unwanted pregnancies (do you kill her and 'solve' the 'problem'? abortion? ...

abortion mini game ?

easy way to fix the childkill problem, dont put childrens.

one thing i dont understand why people have more problem with sex than with violence?

Didn't up you see South Park Tremer?

The adults didn't care if the boys wounded Butters with weapons they weren't suppose to have.

Cartman was naked on television watched by thousands of people, that was all that mattered.

Something that is in general enjoyed by both or multiple participants is considered more vile than the violent deaths of people (well as long as they are not children).

And with Keri Romara in the Hub.
Didn't know this one.

I like how The Vault says "she can be poked if you have 7+ Charisma". Does the game literally describe it as "poke" or is that just the weird way it's put on the wiki?

Well, didn't Japan remove the possibility of blowing up the town, though? And killing people for no reason isn't even taboo any more. It's a great world we live in.
the Japs didnt removed anyting nor did they ever demanded anything to be removed. Letz be clear here. It was Bethesda out in its paranoid feelings for gamesales geting eventualy hurted that decided to remove pretty much any nuclear reference from the game most important the Fatman-nuke-luncher. Considering the fact that some jap games are few times more weird then Fallout 3 ever could be ... I doubt many would have cared about the nuclear part in it.

And here I was thinking the Japs actually chickened out. I found the whole thing a little weird, it is after all Japan.

Well, there is a difference between how much media attention an underground rape game will garner compared to a huge game developed by a huge developer and whatnot.

Still, it's just a nuke.

The Japanese have plenty of media with nukes in them (often nuking Japan), they really don't care. Hell, Japan wasn't even mentioned in the game so it makes even less sense.

Also, that report about hentai games makes me laugh, it's always amusing for people to report on that stuff like it's some new horrible trend. They have fucking theme clubs which are designed to look like subway cars and where customers grope the female employees pretending to be riding the subway. I also thought that it was funny that they were complaining about it becoming widespread on the net and not once mentioning piracy. Clearly CNN didn't get the memo that the Internet is for porn :P.

I'm just saying that if it's a problem, one would think that the clubs where you can physically pretend to molest a woman on the subway would be the primary target to be taken care of first. Then again, that would require actually looking into another culture and we in the west prefer to just criticize, complain, condemn, and otherwise so that we feel superior without actually gaining any knowledge. I'm not saying that it's not legit to complain about, just that it's probably best to deal with the shark before you start hunting individual piranhas.

but you have to agree that there is a difference in a club with "roleplaying" for example which is not much different to a funny round of SM around here (age play anyone?) and where all parties agree freely to the "session" and a video game where you REALY get in the role of the rapist.
