Sprites don't work in Van Buren, Van Buren is 3D not 2D.

Yes I think so， and the frm need some adjustmebt, like walk and run, and positions.
Van Buren is being done in FOnline engine, not in Fallout 2.
FOnline engine supports SPR files and I can live with the position angle difference.
Here are the smallest cave worms in the game. They could use a bit of contrast but it's good, they look like they're covered with sand.

Some are made from 3D models not only other games.
I partially disagree with your opinion, not everyone that mods Fallout likes to mod it Fallout style, there was someone trying to make a StarWars mod for Fallout 2, there is also xxxRedMetalxxx that is making a super project that will be far from Fallout style.
