The entire document is just a long, winding "we will try to do a better job", which - I'm hoping - everyone else is busy doing as well, considering we're seeing the rise of right-wing extremism - like, actual murders of civilians on western soil.

I dunno if you knew this, but we had a massive one a few years back, which coincides weridly with your mention of tightening of routines from 2011 onward. My guess is that after the terror incident, people wanted something done. And getting things done requires getting things done, beyond lofty promises and some brochure about what they hope to do a better job with.

We have a populist right wing government, riding the right wing wave. The only way you can keep insisting they're somehow secret leftists is to bend over backwards to make your own conclusions - such as it making more sense for the government of this country to run this kind of convoluted conspiracy - than for the most extreme right wing propaganda outlet to "be this dumb"
