Good to have you back, Jotisz. For anyone who doesn't know, Jotisz and i worked together on the NPC armour mod.
I suggest that we focus on getting the crucial sets done first:
a) HMWARR (tribal - but he only needs spear and knife weapon sets)
b) HMJMPS (jumpsuit) we could potentially skip the big-gun animations as who's gonna be using a big-gun in the blue pajamas?!
c) HMMAXX (leather jacket)
d) HMLTHR (leather armor)
e) HMMETL (metal)
When the above sets are completed, the mod can be released. The way i see it, i would love to do the following, but they could be considered an optional bonus because the head is helmeted:
a) HMCMBT (combat)
b) HMPOWR (PA)
c) HMNPWR (APA)

also is the npc armor mod still currently being worked on? or is it complete for all joinable (human and also lenny....(and myron Razz)) critters ?
Myron only has combat armor currently. Myron metal and Lenny are on the list and may get done one day. All the other primary NPC's (Sulik, Vic, Cassidy) are done and dusted.
