Oh no, not the Mole People!

Sounds to me more like people need to use help tickets and Blizzard is trying to keep their forums slightly cleaner.fedaykin said:Aaaand now they've completely deleted the topic with the list of people who got hacked. Smells like a cover-up.
Crni Vuk said:I am not sure what to think about it though. On one side, I dont think its THAT easy to hack it. But on the other ... when you think about that they have a long experience with WoW, and yet they still had such trouble with their servers. It does not give me a good feeling. I would not be surprised if at some point their servers will be hacked one way or another. I mean its just to tempting. To much money that can be "stolen" here if you think about it.

Totally, dude. I can't believe people don't prefer spammable potions, only two active abilities, merciless character building, loot bots, cheap PVP ganking tactics(accompanied by body camping), item dupes, constant bot spam and a nearly non-existent difficulty.

Rose-tinted glasses, imo. Every game has shitty elements, so I guess we're all suckers.

Wait 2 years and buy it for $5. D1 is still the most gripping of all the games. If only someone could hack it to increase the resolution...
Admittedly, I'm barely into Act II on normal in D3, but so far I'm 100% in agreement with this. The loot is just... bleh. Does it have + my primary stat and + vitality? No? Toss it. Except for weapons. There it's: check the big DPS stat. If it's bigger keep it, if it's smaller toss it.Ilosar said:That being said, one thing that really bugs me is the loot. It's utterly boring. Just flat boosts to designated stats; your damage stat and Vitality that's all that matters. Rest of the affixes don't matter much. Lifesteal is all well and good, but 1% of your damage dealt when any enemy worth the time can kill you in a few seconds from Nightmare on? Extra XP per monster, that would have been OK in Ladder back in D2, but now it's superfluous when you hit 60 so fast. Gold and health globe pickup range, are you kidding me? Plus, the Legendaries are extraordinarily underwhelming, I'v seen blues of equivalent level being more powerful. I'v heard the few Set items there are also kinda suck, that end-game gear is pretty all Rares, and so on. And where are the fun procs, such as random Frost Novas, Crushing Blow and the like? For a loot driven game, they sure made it as drab, straighforward and boring as possible. Dragon Age had more interesting loot.
