The Vault Dweller
always looking for water.
Good news! The past three days I've eaten only 1,800 calories which is 400 less than what I was previously and I feel fine.
Yeah I exercise an hour every other day. Funny stuff you say about women, but I believe it.
I cook only occasionally and the two people that do most of the cooking are indeed fat. Funny thing is the food made is always healthy, but served in portions too big.
I have like three small snacks a day. Not more than one hundred calories.
I eat three meals a day.
I bring food cooked at home (in a tupperware) and almost never eat fast food.
Uh thanks, but having short hair led to strange problems (mentioned much earlier in the thread). Also I'm too practical to buy clothes just for fashion. I do believe it would be "best", but it's not me.
Sincerely,
The Vault Dweller

Try to see if you can find a gym and have a trainer from there give you a routine that works for you. it'll improve your physical appearance a lot. You can be really thin and still not have a nice bud.
Diet also helps. You are in control of how many calories you want to consume, just don't cheat yourself, write down exactly how many calories, no matter how small it seems so that you can control it. That way you can start to see what things you can adjust on you diet.
But that is if you want to look better, or have a better physical condition for yourself, if it's about women tho, in my personal experience the looks ain't everything, sometimes the looks don't have anything to do with it at all. Many times I've seen women with guys I know for a fact they had far worse looks than me and said "What the hell are you doing with that guy, woman. How come I don't have a girlfriend like you". So I would say it's more about attitude.
I cannot help you in that last one however, I've never been very "lucky" in relationships myself hehe.
Also to be honest I think I'm having more luck with women now that I'm overweighted than I did when I was thin. I might have been thinner, but I also was younger and a different person than I am today. So there, the looks might help but I hardly believe they are everything.

Does someone in your house cook your meals? Are they overweight?
Do you snack often? What is a typical snack for you?
Do you eat 3 square meals a day? Are there leftover meals in the fridge every night to devour at midnight?
Do you bring lunch to work or eat out during breaks? If you eat out, where do you go?
