If You Could Fight Anyone From History, Who Would It Be And Why?

This is why Zoroastrianism >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Fire religion ftw, But tbh I wouldn't know anything about actual modern Zoroastrian customs. Fun fact while there are still somewhat large community of Zoroastrians in Iran and India its growing in Iraqi Kurdistan. No idea why but I believe of recently there are 200,000-300,000 Zoroastrians in Iraq now which would surpass Iran I think. No idea why or if the info I got was accurate tho.

Yeah obvs Islam is Arabic but sometimes countries can develop their own religious customs.

I've heard similar that most Zoroastrians now live outside of Iran, despite that being the religion's homeland. That probably has to do with how theocratic Iran has become and thus not extremely friendly to other religions besides Shia islam.

Wish Iran when return to it's own ancestral religious customs tbh
Why is @Vergil being so sympathetic to Iran?
Why would I not?
"Evidently from the time of the Sassanids (226–651 CE) Iranians have called it Iran, meaning "the land of Aryans""

Hey @Vergil, what would you prefer? The German Empire to lose WW1 and result in Nazi Germany, or the German Empire to win WW1?

Ah yeah the Sassanian's unlike the Parthians, Medes and Achaemenids were very interested in the idea of Iranian (Aryan) nationalism.

Not to say the concept of ethnic, cultural and linguistic Iranian/Aryan identity didn't exist before (it existed for thousands of years before) but they were really driving force of a cohesive political identity. Its the reason why we resisted the Muslims, Mongols, and Turks more so than any other nation (Assassin order, mountain fortresses, independent states entirely) and why any who conquered us BECAME US through Persianization. We even have our braveheart: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Babak_Khorramdin Also why we made a come back with the Safavid's in the 16th century.

No idea if our Aryan/Iranian national identity is really the same as the european concept of one.
