Personally, I'd like some kind of supervision.
Vision over an extended range of wavelengths (and of course the ability to comprehend it), and a conscious control over which wavelengths I can see.
It doesn't seem like much, and it's certainly not a „crimefighting“ superpower, but I really want to see and understand how the world looks like. The visual range is so limited, and I can't even begin to imagine how the world would look like if I could see infrared and ultraviolet wavelengths, too.
Hell, even proper colour-vision would be nice. Just to see the visual range how it actually is (not that I'm colour-blind. The human eye is just really, really non-linear and shitty).

I thought hard on this one to maximize my superpower potential.
I would like to know "everything". The best super-power in the world. What does Reed Richards do as Mr. Fantastic? Travel to alternate Universes. Creates weapons of mass destruction. Cures people of disease. Controls various flying vehicles that he builds. He can even take down badasses like Galactus simply by building a device. He could even create a suit much like Iron Man if he liked. I would do that. That gives you flight right there just by being smart. The funny thing is with godlike wisdom, I would be able to do so much more.
With unlimited knowledge I could become a billionaire and fund crazy superhero escapades. I might even discover ways to alter my body, meld with technology, and vastly extend my life span. Of course I would use my super-intellect for good. I would watch over mankind and help others less fortunate than myself.
I would no doubt have some dealing in pharmaceuticals and genetics in efforts to create a super soldier serum, or combine traits from certain animals into myself. I could have the limb regrowing ability of a lizard. The heightened senses of a Spider. The proportional strength of an ant....if it was possible anyway...
Over time I might discover alien species due to our new highly advanced space program. They might look at me as their protector as well. I would roam the starways and phase through other dimensions, fighting evil with a combination of magic and technology. With my above genius level intellect world hunger would be cured. We would populate the universe. I would create a Legion of technologically advanced guardians to fight the good fight.
I would discover the Theory of Everything, win the Nobel Peace Prize, and revolutionize the way we live our lives, simply by teaching others my knowledge, passing on what I know. Hell, I might find a way to end war. With Clean Energy and plenty of food, there would be no reason for war. Of course my Guardians and I would act as mediators in any conflict that would arise.
I would make certain that we vastly improve our Healthcare system with my newfound knowledge. This would all be offered free by my corporation, if the governments refused to do so. I would eliminate many crimes by making certain beneficial drugs legal and inventing even better and less harmful ones. With my newfound knowledge and demi-god status who would stop me anyway?

Obviously, having all powers and having a ridiculous amount of money are ones that leap to mind, but they are boring, so I'll go for a more interesting/ grounded choice.
If I had to be a crime fighting hero/candy stealing villain, it would probably be the power to manipulate energy, (Create blasts of directed energy or radiation, fire something similar to a lightning bolt from my palms, cause mass power outages etc)
If its just normal old me, then probably the ability to manipulate time,so I could rewind or stop time etc
The former to redo horribly awkward situations/win a fight, the latter to sleep during the "zero time" and be awake at all hours of the day.
