Interplay employee back-pay hearing

Re: Stimulus Response To Shallow Waters

This thread was rooted in a con man's evasion of paying his employees, and is as clear an example of the computer game industry's moral standards as any other. If one disagrees or agrees with that drama, then registering to this forum, and declaring such registration, here in this thread, seems logical, a philosophical imperative.
Good point. Like any Fallout fan, I'm generally depressed by the shambling undeath of Interplay. Screwing over employees is lower than low. Given the current state of Iply, I'm at a loss for how someone like Corith will ever recover the money he's owed. Shouldn't liens be an option at this point?

while Rosh flamed like a troll, he wasn't one, because underneath his flaming lay actual knowledge.
Also a good point. Apologies for using the "t" word. I wouldn't mind engaging with R on a level playing field; I guess what always bothered me was seeing an admin slamming posters (however desevedly) when the relative powers were so uneven.

Also, apologies for the thread hijack. My bad. 4too, marketing drones around the world will be thrilled and astonished to find out that "prolix" is now a buzz word.

Idiomatic Misappropriation

Idiomatic Misappropriation

In some states ''labor is paid first'', but all too often may have to settle for 'par' and pay some legal fees.
Corinth appears to be working the system for maximum burn, and I wish he may collect all wages and benefits due, and all penalties judged on his former employer.

.................................

'Prolix' has a peculiar resonance in my experience.
Too often an unchallenged technical 'ping' bounced off playfully verbose prose.

Perhaps that is where the 'buzz' might apply.

Let the English Majors dissect any misappropriation on my part.

I leap back in horror if I have equipped ""marketing drones''" with the 'slings and arrows' of stylistic minimalists, for we are informed all too often that ""reding teh hard"". Why add fuel to the decline.

Will fold my hand, here.

There is a Dorothy L. Sayers novel ready to perform in the cassette player, to misdirect the mind noise that so often muddies mundane domestic maintenance. Laundry ''''teh hard''''.

Pardon my enthusiastic and theatrical self indulgence.

I saw. I can not comment either way.

IF I was involved, then I don't want to ruin any chance of getting anything by stirring up trouble. If I was not involved, then I look the fool for not thinking of it myself.

Did that make sense?

Yeah good point. How about just checking if the thing is real? Surely there are public records of the thing, can you ask a friend to check it and tell us if it's for real? Any friend will do.
