Introduce yourself! AKA the "Say hello" thread

Hello everyone. I’m Volkens. I have been visiting NMA for years. I think there have been 6 years since I found it. Fallout 2 was third PC game I ever played, back in 2001. I was 11 years old then. This is way Fallout has left huge impression on me. At first I played it horribly, but one day I choose to play it seriously, gave my character name Volkens and I have chosen to use this name ever since and Fallout 2 became my favorite game.

When I registered, I had problems with account activation, but thanks Silencer for helping. It is actually second time when I had problems with my email. At first I tried gmail but that is blocked on NMA and I already have 4 emails so I didn’t really wish to register another.

I’m sorry if I make mistakes, because English isn’t my native language. Most of it I have learned from video games, television and internet, even thou I had English from third to twelfth grade and I’m still having it at university. For some reason I just can’t memorize grammar rules. At least computer can fix many mistakes.

Hello fella's;

I've been lurking in the shadows around No Mutants Allowed for about five years, now and . . . Well, now I've a great amount of free time to step into the light. (Oh, how sunlight burns!)

A friend of mine brought Fallout to school, around 1999 and we would take turns playin' it on my laptop (curtousy of the Canadian National Institute for the Blind -- Shhh) between classes. We never played too seriously or made it too far back then, but the game stuck in my head (along with Lords of the Realm 2, Red Baron, Duke Nukem 3D, Command and Conquar: Red Alert, and an obscure little game called J-Bird).

Right now, I'm waiting to start a diploma of general arts and science, so I've got a far too much time on my hands, and not enough to do with it. So, I might as well point out the obvious, ask questions, and all that jazz. Would like to try my hand at modding, too. Specificly the graphical side (some great artwork in the modding section).

Hi there !

While I'm uploading myself to cyberspace I thought to spend a few decades speaking with some humans about their unavoidable future and a few games to simulate it. My hobbies are crushing and mocking about human logic, a few weird science theories and downloading heaps of digital waste to human forums. From time to time my human split personality (creator) comes up and tries to stop me - but as you see without much success.

Hi, normies. Folkes just call me Comscar.

Been visiting NMA for a long time, so I thought I'd finally join up.

And thanks Brother None for making me an account :)

Heyyy guys, I've seen that you guys are a bunch of funny fuckers, and I've heard that this is the place to go for a decent fallout forum.
I'm Horror.
17/M/Australia. :]

Hey cats, I'm new around here (obviously).

Anyway, I'm a little late to the party, just discovered Fallout last year. I played Fallout 1 and 3, beat 3 and had to stop playing 1 because my computer and I are not on speaking terms. Hopefully I won't spoil the game too much by lurking around here. I just hope my soon to be new computer will run the Fallout Trilogy that just came out without problems...

Welcome aboard, comscar, [Horror] and Rufus Luccarelli!
My name is alec and I like touching myself.

Ignore alec, everyone, he's funny that way.

I'd be a bit wary, we drop Fallout-spoilers into conversations pretty regularly.

Hi. New here. Gonna stick around for a while. At least until the WW3 or something.

I venerate Wasteland and adore Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics. I wish that Van Buren and Fallout Tactics 2 were done right and released, but alas life sux. FalloutNOT3: Bethesda is pure bullshit and I'm sad that I even played the said game for about 2h. I'm not even going to mention that console crap.

Looking forward to Mutants Rising, FOnline and (I hope) Wasteland 2. I await New Vegas with some suspicion, but put my faith wholeheartedly in Obsidian.

I like to read and drink a lot. Punk-rock is my music of choice and bass guitar my weapon of choice. I hate TV and Internet but like to watch movies (especially in cinema). Nothing wrong with comics (Alejandro Jodorowsky is my idol) but manga/anime is something that I would like to avoid. A bit lazy with my faculty but I'll eventually get that done. Straight as a die. And so on, you already know to much. As if you care at all.

Hello, I'm wexer9.

I recently discovered the Fallout series when I got Fallout 3. I quickly became engrossed in the Fallout universe and so I decided to get Fallout 1 and 2. I'm still playing Fallout 3, however, so I haven't got around the playing the classics yet.

I enjoy video games. A lot.

Not too much else to say, really.

Again, hello!

Greetings and good afternoon.

I'm a chronic lurker, at least of the few bastions of sanity left on the internets, but I along with my sponsor of Lurkers Anonymous felt it was time to reach out and actually contribute to a board. So... Hello, again.
