Introduce yourself! AKA the "Say hello" thread

Hello everybody, I'm a gamer for about 30 years. My post apocalyptic career started with Wasteland, love Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout New Vegas. I came here, because many other gaming forums praise Fallout 4 - and I can't take it anymore :freak:.

Hello, I've been a long time lurker of the NMA website. Recently I decided to make an account. My career with Fallout started with Fallout 3. I didn't really enjoy Fallout 3, so when Fallout New Vegas came out I was very cautious. In 2013 I realized I made a mistake and I bought Fallout New Vegas and I really enjoyed it. I then got into Fallout 1, Fallout 2, and Tactics. I loved all three. These games also got me into other RPGs like KOTOR, Neverwinter Nights, Planescape, Vampire the Masquerade, Wasteland, and many more. When Fallout 4 was released I was very angry. I didn't like the game at all. I really hated the game and I hated Bethesda. Because to me, they (Bethesda) gagged, facefucked, and raped Fallout's corpse. Anyway, I'm very happy to be here, and I'll try to post often.

Also, sorry for the long paragraph.

Hey bud- Oh I stalk in a couple times a year. Ya know I can't leave you guys... Old NMA admins don't die... they just fade away.

Hello, so my fancy online moniker is Draitex...

I work in a callcenter/customer service center for Postal services, adress changning and some stuff.

I am from the northern part of Sweden, I am 21 and I like some stuff, AND some things too, I even have a few hobbies and intrests!

I enjoy Drinking and becoming blind drunk, the more drunk you get the more fun it is...at that moment, then you wake up to anguish and pain... what do you do? drink more to ease the pain and anguish!

Fishing, Nothing beats fishing, it's a great time, I love fishing and i think it's one of the most fun things to do, I don't fish for food, since i hate fish, but i make sure I kill every fish i get, just so I can assert my dominance over the petty creatures. Catch and release is for chumps.

Archery, It's a great time indeed, Never shot at a living thing though... Yet... but I swear to god if Jerry keeps pushing me...

Gaming...duh.

I want to get my hunting licence but I can't cause..I can afford it but work is in the way now.

Also I once stabbed myself through the hand at the age of 18, It was not that painful to be honest... I was curious how it felt, turns out, It feels stupid!

So, eh...howdy alll!

I came to this forum just a few days ago after I was diagnosed with cancer from the Fallout 3 and 4 Steamforums (again), and therefore I was looking for cure.

I came along this post >> http://mygodwhathassciencedone.blogspot.co.at/2013/03/great-games-that-actually-suck-fallout-3.html <<, and found it to absolutley nail my opinion on Failout 3.

I like games. To be more precise, RPGames. Besides jRPGs, they are horrible. There's not much to say otherwise, maybe a small helllo to everyone who reads this.

About the steamforums and for me Reddit too, you hit the nail on the head. Have a like!

Oy, thank you Draitex c:
No problems mate :)

I hurt myself today, to see if I still feel.
I focus on the pain, the only thing that's real.

Well as i said it did not hurt that bad, It was uncomofrtable, but not painful, but i did feel like an idiot afterwards, tbh there was a lot of things going on when I did it, more so than i am willing to share, but I did stab my hand and to this day my knuckles are still numb around the area the knife went in.

Still though some people cut themselves, I found it a bit too pansy like, So i drove it thorugh my hand instead! :D

Since I'm new here an introduction is in order, soo... Hi all!

I'm not a fan of the first hour, but I became a fan with FO3 and especially FONV. Don't hate me... ^_^
Unfortunatelly content quality is not a priority in video game development anymore and so I rarely play video games anymore.
Especially, if you want good roleplaying you just have to stick to Pen & Paper, which I focus on nowadays...
I'm glad to see there is a P&P forum now, and that's where I will head over now...

Cheerio!

Just because new games these days are shit(besides some glistening gems) doesn't mean you can't find games of old that still hold up to today's games and blow them out the water. Well besides the graphics but good graphics does not make a good game.

Entirely true! Just a few weeks ago I rediscovered Dungeon Keeper I & II on GoG... I became 12 again instantly! :D
Then I bought War for the Overworld because it looked promising, but stopped playing it after mission 5 or 6 since it is basically a boring repetitive game. Real shame... very much potential, no heart, no soul. Ok, that's a bit harsh, but it just lacks the fun factor of the DK games, that made me play them over and over again.
But that is a topic for a different thread! ;-)

Good evening y'all. Tie wearing suit dude reports for duty. Thought my first post could aswell be posted in the "Say hello" thread. So yeah, that's what I'm doing now, saying hello.
