Exactly. Lil Jesus is holding two weapons, true. However, to make this work right, I think it will have to deal damage as though it were one weapon. To simulate hitting with one weapon and missing with the other weapon, you can have a large range of values. The range for damage for the player's weapon would be smaller, then.
