Name a thing you DON'T hate in Fallout 4

Seemed like an unnecessary thing to add though.

I mean, yeah it was unnecessary to say they all died out but adding cats to the game just sounds like a waste of time.
Well the thread did ask what was it I didn't hate about FO4 so cats were the first answer that popped into my head. At least the cats in-game laid on their backs and pawed at the air a couple of times so they left a good memory out of all the drab that is FO4 due to said antics. Too bad they did not really add anything game-play wise...

Still the fact that something that trivial was the first thing to come to mind does not bode well for the game. I had to think long and hard for the rest of those things I previously mentioned.

Considering the title of the thread yeah that's a fair point.

If we're bringing cats back from the dead I wouldn't mind seeing horses. Fallout New Vegas is basically a Post-Nuclear Wild West. I always felt horses were missing, especially when considering the Great Khans.

Horses should be around. If damn Deathclaws can survive - imagine the strain just one pair of Deathclaws have on the local environment - Horses can, too. It also makes me laugh when I did the great Khan quest and the ending slide makes them into a huge Khaganate in...Montana.... With no horses? The hell they're gonna be a big empire? By foot? Those motorcycles we see around but no one ever rides?

All Roads had horses appear in it (in Chance's flashbacks to boot) though according to Chris Avellone in this pic here, the horses in the comic were a mistake that he never intended to make.

According to the wiki (and what the picture above is implying), horses may have died out and would only be referenced in the series rather than appearing. It's a shame too since the Great Khans would have definitely been able to emulate the Mongols better while riding on horses.

From Avellone's comments it seems to me they would have horses if it weren't for the engine limitations. Yeah they might be able to give you a horse or a motorbike, but that would imply that there are other vehicles moving about as well, which they just wouldn't be able to do with gamebryo.

I wouldn't mind the Khans on bikes. That's a aspect of Americana we don't see much done well.
I'd rather they be on horses. Why does MCA hate horses so much? It makes more sense that horse would exist and they'd go well with the great khans.

The Motor Club of America?

I'm up for either or, or even both. If you're gonna have something based on the Mongols, you need them to be mobile.

Bikes, Motorcycles, Horses - maybe if we ever go back to the Core Region, we'll see 'em.

That would work really well actually, considering that Papa Khan does look like a biker.

So this is how Papa Khan will carve a mighty empire out of the ruins of the Northwest. Not gonna lie, this would be an intimidating sight if that many bikes rumbled by a settlement though I question whether the element of surprise will be a factor in said carving.

I feel like only the leader should be on a bike and the rest on horses for raiding parties.
