Why? They could have been used for... Never mind.Seemed like an unnecessary thing to add though.
I mean, yeah it was unnecessary to say they all died out but adding cats to the game just sounds like a waste of time.

Well the thread did ask what was it I didn't hate about FO4 so cats were the first answer that popped into my head. At least the cats in-game laid on their backs and pawed at the air a couple of times so they left a good memory out of all the drab that is FO4 due to said antics. Too bad they did not really add anything game-play wise...Seemed like an unnecessary thing to add though.

Still the fact that something that trivial was the first thing to come to mind does not bode well for the game. I had to think long and hard for the rest of those things I previously mentioned.
Considering the title of the thread yeah that's a fair point.
If we're bringing cats back from the dead I wouldn't mind seeing horses. Fallout New Vegas is basically a Post-Nuclear Wild West. I always felt horses were missing, especially when considering the Great Khans.
All Roads had horses appear in it (in Chance's flashbacks to boot) though according to Chris Avellone in this pic here, the horses in the comic were a mistake that he never intended to make.Considering the title of the thread yeah that's a fair point.

Actually, I'm all for Great Khans on motorcycles instead.snip
I'd like both please.Actually, I'm all for Great Khans on motorcycles instead.
Since horses are apparently extinct, that'll have to do.Actually, I'm all for Great Khans on motorcycles instead.

I guess that's one way to look at it. Perhaps they're leaving it open in case they want to bring in horses someday?I'm not sure they said they were extinct though, just more that their status is unclear.
I wouldn't mind the Khans on bikes. That's a aspect of Americana we don't see much done well.
I'd rather they be on horses. Why does MCA hate horses so much? It makes more sense that horse would exist and they'd go well with the great khans.I wouldn't mind the Khans on bikes. That's a aspect of Americana we don't see much done well.

So this is how Papa Khan will carve a mighty empire out of the ruins of the Northwest. Not gonna lie, this would be an intimidating sight if that many bikes rumbled by a settlement though I question whether the element of surprise will be a factor in said carving. That would work really well actually, considering that Papa Khan does look like a biker.
I feel like only the leader should be on a bike and the rest on horses for raiding parties. So this is how Papa Khan will carve a mighty empire out of the ruins of the Northwest.
