You don't need the previous versions of the patches. They're all stand-alone. Just update it from 1.0 to 1.06 directly. You can do the fresh install and then use 1.06 patch OR just delete all subfolders and files in DATA directory except SOUND folder. Then just install the lastest patch.
Thanks :D

Cheers,

Eric

Hmmm. I am most concerned that you talk about Awaited 1.6 Patch but it's not positioned in the download section.

If someone could enlighten me on this wondorous phenomena I would be most grateful.

[Short version]

WTF?

Sorry for the style, but it's 1:13 AM and I'm going nuts after reading all these pages.

The 1.06 patch is in progress and it due for release shortly... at least according to Celestial who is the wise fellow responisble for it.

When it's completed, I'm sure he will post here to let us know.

[Short version]

Cheers,

Eric

I think the apropriate term would be "large asshole" or "deep asshole". If one's got a "long" asshole, one's ass is really fucked up.

Oh, well.

Hello!

Any new infos on 1.06?
- How many new critters and/or items ?
- Which new locations ?
- Will it still be Miria-Mod compatible ?
- Which Mods are included ?

I need that infos for my next Jonamod....

And ... where to is Celes gone ?

In preparation for 1.06's release, I would like a refresher on certain information.

First, which files do I need to delete after installation to remove the B-Team Mod, as I find having Myron turn into Ian when I give him leather armor ruins the suspension of disbelief a bit. Or are there new FRM's now for each NPC in each set of armor that eliminates this problem? I highly doubt it, but that would be very spiffy.

Secondly, would the issue mentioned several pages back about .223 ammuntion being overpowered in the 1.05 patch still be in the 1.06 patch? And if so, what is the proto file for .223 ammo so I can delete it and restore it back to normal?

I hope the patch comes soon. This would be the only news to let me off the depression I am at after reading Bethesda's F3 new acquisition.
Agreed. Morrowind is a good game but a post apocalyptic Morrowind doesnt look too appealing. LOL
This is news to me. Pretty good news, I think. Are there screenshots or news releases or some other reasons to believe Bethesda is making Fallout 3 a "post apocalpytic Morrowind", or are we just making assumptions? I think Bethesda is perfectly capable of making a Fallout game which is nothing like Morrowind and plenty like Fallout. They're not idiots.

Thats in interesting idea, I had seen someone put Casidy's head onto a leather jacket FRM. I suspose that it would be possible to do the same for all of the NPCs, but it would take awhile. On the bright side they wouldnt need all the FRMs redone as each NPC can only use certian weapons. And Vic would go through a dramatic weight reduction when he puts armour on. The onyl armour types needed would be the ones without helmets

Leather Jacket
Leather Armour
Metal Armour

Would take more time than I have at the moment, though perhaps I could try it one day.

I doubt you'd do Vic tho. He's a bit... round. You'd have to seriously modify those FRMs.

Vic could wear a girdle (Or whatever that thingy is that women/men use to make their belly look smaller).
Besides, I don't think that Leather Armour is very flexible. And Vic isn't THAT fa..big boned.

Will patch 1.06 have the original sound of the 233 pistol as it was in FO1 ?

And how about a double shot mode for the shotguns. I mention that before in some other topic. Make it into a 2 shot burst mode without the ba bang bang sound. Probelly to much work but I would like to see that.

Most shotguns allready have a burst.

But a 2shot burst for shotgun/sawedoff shotgun to simulate firing bioth barrels makes sense.

There's not just Vic's girth to worry about, but Myron's scrawniness. All of the armored male sprites are pretty well-muscled.

Give him a ladies model and just stick his head on it :)

Though I suspose it would be best to start with the likes of Casidy and Sulik
