ah, at least it gives me time to actually complete the game! Im at vault 13 now, surely i could complete it this time!
PS. will the fighting arena glitch in san fran be fixed?
PPS. the enclave guards shot at my party who were ALL waering power armour? I heard somewhere that they shudnt
 
oh yeah, i think a patch to speed up the traveling of skynet and the deathclaws would be good...how can the deathclaws be a more supierior race if humans can run twice as fast as them!
 
The deathclaw's just walk prehaps ?

And the SanFran arena is fixed with the offical patch, so it's you not the patch.
 
I discovered this about 8 months ago, but I tell it now. There is a easter egg from Celestial in 1.05 patch. New Reno prostitutes says this after you beat the enclave:

"You say that Locutus served with the Enclave? And I gave that bastard for free!"

It was originally:

"You score is 192 out of 208. You really should have used the mutated toe on Horrigan."



Remember that Celestial's former name was Locutus.

There are a few changes in Vault City and New Reno. Example you can date with Ms.Kitty in New Reno and Father Tully gives you the Fallout2 hintbook.
 
Is the hintbook the same one in which you can get with a mod? (Which i don't know where abouts to put it, in the blackisle directory)

Sad news. :cry:
With my old hdd fried because of a power jump I think that I won't be able to release 1.06. There weren't any back-up copies of this so I'm afraid that the project is... dead. :(

I can just imagien Celestial clutching his stomach in laughter while reading ur posts - its the only thing that keeps me going in life...denial
 
I think he is not joking guys...Maybe we should make a new sticky at the top of this modding forum where people can post how much of there mods they lost when a HDD crashed.

I just took a backup last night of new stuff for MR (over 300MB) and not all of this has been uploaded to our main FTP site yet either. I'm too affraid not to take backups.
