Possible Interview with Chris Avellone

A lot of the members are offline right now, but by tomorrow I'm sure some of them will have seen this thread and will pitch their thoughts and ideas. In the meantime, we got the thread all to ourselves.

I would ask if there's any chance of alpha protocol 2(I liked that game).

2 what games/movies. influenced his writing style.

3 if he had the chance what would he do differently with fallout2/new Vegas

4 would he be open to writing more comics about the fallout franchise(and writing more comics in general)

Well, I got a few questions.

1.Would he be interested in creating a new rpg series set in post apocalypse with Obsidian, like a spiritual descendant of Fallout? If so how does he imagine it?

2.His opinion on tyranny and planetscape tales of numera?

3.Have you heard about Van Buren remake by fans? What is your opinion on it.

I will write more if I come up with anything.

[Edit 1]

4.Could you tell us more about t-51 and enclave power armour? What should they be capable of, lore wise?

5.Are they any creatures, enemies, factions you would like to see in a Fallout or any other franchise?

6.Could you tell us more about the saturnite alloy we find in old world blues and dead money? Would it be a good material to create a power armour from it or does it have a drawback that makes it unusable? I imagine it would be weak against energy weapons due to saturnite heating up fast and cooking the user.

7.Holorifle is one best energy based weapons in New Vegas, where did you get an idea for it?

8.What do you think about the weapon redesign in Fallout 3 and NV? Such as new laser and plasma pistols and rifles? (I prefer fallout 1/2 counterparts).

Just a hint, guys:
MCA has answered a lot of questions from this thread in his interview for NMA couple of years ago. Skim through if you haven't already, because those game developers are often very intelligent folks and chances are that MCA would remember what NMA asked him before. That would raise inevitable question from him - what the fuck did you do with my previous interview, guyse?!

If you're still taking in questions.

I'm interested in what his perspective is on the post-nuclear vs post post apocalypse debate, since I recall Chris commenting a while back that the NCR was "too civilized". Should Fallout stick to a more traditional, pulpy Mad Max styled post-nuclear setting or should it follow through as a world that has begun to rebuild in a new frontier rather than a lawless wasteland.

Well then, I'll have a skim through these and see how many questions I'll have to remove from the current list. THIS is exactly why we needed elder blood here, but no one came a-knockin'.
