well its not from a anime or manga its artwork from stalker, from the monolith. And my name is from warhammer 40k from the adeptus mechanicus. On discord i have a name that is also from from that faction and it kinda sticked and now i name most of my accounts after something from the adeptus mechanicus.
 
If it has manga/anime eyes, it's manga/anime. Don't fucking argue with me, I'm in a pissy mood.

Those aren't [fan] blades, they are holes in the tape reels.

The reels turn at different speeds, depending on how far into the tape it has read.
