Yeah. and it's kinda hard to keep your country's economy alive....ESPECIALLY if your country is currently being invaded and the main produces for your country's economy are being destroyed constantly in missile attacks so much so that you have to shut down factories and evacuate just so youll have people who will come back after the war to fix the economy.
 
It is difficult to measure it anyway as I would expect Ukraine to be going for a war economy right now. So they will only work and look for the most basic requirements that are needed to keep their military and defensive capabilities running. Which might actually work pretty well, as long as there is a support from western nations. And it doesn't seem likely that this will stop any time soon. I mean the Soviet Union or Britain was not known for the car production in WW2. And both had extensive economic support from the United States. Just saying. As long as Ukraine gets weapons and ammunition, they won't care about their economy. Particularly as Ukraine is not in a situation like Russia where they are pretty much isolated geopolitically.
Once the war is over however, that's a whole different story alltogether. They will have to rebuild a lot of infrastructure I guess.

Turkey is gonna get something out of it, hungary slovakia and bulgaria are gonna get something out of the planed oil and gas embargo. Meanwhile the representatives of my country, wich is poorer than all of them, are saying we dont need anything in return for crippling our economies. They are selling their people for a chance to get a more comfortable chair in brussels. My hope is they get nuked before me

Funny thing. I am listening to some old Interview from Otto von Habsburg about his first experience with Putin. That was in the last days of the German Democratic Republic when he visited Dresden and staid in a hotel with an American delegation. He had the luck to talk to a few prisoners from one of the worst prison in the GDR, Bautzen. The inmates told him a few Russian guards there have been civil but there was one who was exceptionally terrible. And they all told him that. The name was Vladimir Putin.
 
Even if Russia wins the war in Donbas. It'd be such a bitter and hollow victory. To the point calling it a victory is meaningless. What did they win? It wont set the stage for an eventual annexation of all of Ukraine. If anything Ukrainians will keep the fight going and make every day for Russian troops there a living hell. Donbas in the words of Zelensky is pretty much destroyed. Russia would have to invest billions in just repairing the infrastructure of that land and the effort just wouldnt be worth it. especially if now theyre gonna be fighting insurgency from the Ukrainians who still live there. In the end, even if Russia wins. They still lose and Putin's downfall will be short at hand. The cracks are there. a giant chunk of Russians dont support the war

5: Russia is very strong and Putin is the smartest man around and nothing is going to keep him down.
 
@Sn1p3r187 They're going to win control of the Azov sea, some of the best farmland in Ukraine (black soil) and have put Ukraine's hopes of selling off their own natural resources like gas to rest in favor of their own. We'll see how it actually shakes out.
