The Power Armors don't really stretch bones or anything. Their simply large armors with hydraulics systems and advanced electrics which help your physical strength. The power armor is simply a machine, a tank suit.
There's a distinct difference between being larger (bulky) and stretching your body. Compare both
normal critter and PA:
It's clearly visible that arms and legs are much longer. It's nothing more than larger version of default critter, powered by the same animations. If this was a normal human then all his bones would be re-sized, and finally broken to fit into the suit. Is this possible in real life conditions? No. You'd die very quick in painful death. So the PA isn't larger because of hydraulics systems and advanced electrics, but because of camera, which is "zoomed in".

The rusty stuff is fine, but is it fitting as a car that runs? Nope.
Car that runs must look like some shiny Ferrari? You're totally wrong. Also, how much rust you can see there? Not much. Mostly metal-ish plates are covered by it. The rest quite fine, just some rust here and there.
That's it! I don't give a crap about the car anymore! Give me god damn proof that the T-51b actually stretches your limbs? Common don't show me that that crap with 2 images that where put on each other. You didn't even put on the right model like this one:
Or:
Give me some actual proof from for example the Fallout Bible or some other source that states clearly:
"The power armor has no hydraulics nor is it massive. It has also no battery. It just stretches your bones and muscles lolz"
Common. I already said that:
"The armor is fitted with a back-mounted TX-28 MicroFusion Pack which generates an output power of 60,000 Watts to power the HiFlo hydraulic systems built into the frame of the suit. Made of a poly-laminate composite, the outer shell of the T-51b is lightweight and capable of absorbing over 2500 Joules of kinetic impact. The 10-micron-thick silver ablative coating can reflect laser and other radiation emissions without damage to the composite subsurface. The armor usually carries enough fuel to last for one hundred years."
As if it wasn't obvious, but hell you know better right?
Anyway I'm not going to argue about this pathetic stuff any longer. It's simply beneath me. Ask someone else who loves Fallout and tell them that those armors actually stretch the body. Let's see what they have to say.
You make some really great art and everything, and I respect what you do. I'm not forcing you to make another skin either just giving my honest opinion of what I have observed. As for me I'm gone. I have a gf who has need of me and after that I have to make a pump action shotgun for my mod. So

Bye, bye (for now).
