Turkey and Saudi Arabia have been the main financiers and arms suppliers to ISIS ever since the begging of the civil war in Syria and in return ISIS has sold it's oil supplies at banana prices to Turkey, now that Russia is attacking ISIS oil convoys close to the border Turkey has seriously escalated the situation and is now turning to NATO to protect it against the backslash. Is this cold war about to become a hot one?

The plane crashed 4km inside the Syrian border. Russia has permission from Assad to operate inside Syria. If anyone is violating borders in this case is Turkey with its millitias deep inside Syrian territory (they actually shot the parachuting pilots and the search) and the western lead coallition bombing Syrian territory without permission from the Syrian government and establishing training camps for their "moderate opposition".

As for Ukraine, there is no proof that there are Russian troops outside of Crimea nor any proof that Russia was the one to down the civilian plane. Quite on the opposite of that there is overwhelming proof of a strong presence of NATO troops (with the welcome from the coup imposed government) and western mercenaries conducting a genocidal campaign of repression at the Donbass.
 
There's a lot of assumptions being made at the moment, but many of them are due to being miseducated on the laws that govern this type of situation.

However, current radar plots show that the Su-24 crossed a tiny outcropping of Turkish land, which would take seconds to cross as it is a tiny tentacle of Turkey completely flanked by Syrian soil. While this is a violation of airspace, this is ALLOWED by international law, EVEN for war planes.

It is only allowed to shoot down planes if all of the below conditions are met:
  1. The plane does not leave your airspace in the fastest possible fashion.
  2. The plane has been challenged and warned of impending actions against it.

The only legal way to cancel these conditions above, is either being officially at war against the country or if the plane takes offensive actions.

Since the plane crossed the Turkish border for mere seconds, did not fire and left immediately, this would mean that Turkey is at fault if currently available radar plots are correct. It does not matter that Turkey warned the jet "at least 10 times" as both Turkey and the USA seem to claim.

Barring actual new evidence, it looks like Turkey severely overreacted and was unlawful in its actions.

Listen how happy the terrorists sound, yelling "Allah hackbar", the same shout herd when they mowed down all those people in France, and they did this with a US made ATGM, these are the "moderate" rebels the US gives weapons to, this is where US weapons and ammo go, to the hands of terrorists.

It's the 80's Afghanistan war all over again. The last time they destroyed the World Trade Center, tell me, what will these guys destroy twenty years from now? And shortly after that what? A US invasion of Syria to take down the same guys the US helped go into power twenty years before? This is what overthrowing Assad means, and they are doing it all over again.

Well as how I see it right now, a lot of people wonder and ask questions about Syria and ISIS now because of France, which is understandable, yet you don't hear a lot about Turkey and their role in all of this since they have been dealing with Syria, ISIS and a lot of other groups for quite some time. Now I don't want to point with my finger at Turkey, they are kinda in a very stupid situation ... but seriously, they should get more than one rebuke from NATO, when you consider their questionable conection with islamic fundamentalists out there.

And that is the biggest bull in this incident, because a fighter jet moving at 900km/h would have crossed that in what, 12 seconds? How can they warn 10 times in 12 seconds? :whatever:

For the record, I agree with all you said 100%; just pointing how absurd the turkish claim is.

I agree with Eusmopo, but maybe it's my bias with being Russian. Then again there's little actual evidence for a lot of the bad things Russia does, if anything it has justification to be in Syria, while NATO and America are messing around there, shoving there nose for 'world freedom' and 'world peace'.

If you say so... ehm... Mr.Stalin, it's not like i have witnessed this myself for over two years now, where people with proxy ip's (south africa, england, china etc.) are flooding the forums (very prevelent in my country) praising mr.putkin to the skies for everything he does.

I'm sure there are no institutionalized programs for this and this building is used for ordinary everyday office work:
