Tyranny Discussion Thread

That is why the fans should encourage proper business practices. I would hate to see Obsidian one day become the next small company that got too big and rolled over its consumers.
Hopefully Obsidian never forgets their roots and avoids selling their creative souls to profiteering devils. In fact, if they emulated CDPR, I'd be thrilled.

Now that I think about it.... A universe where Obsidian is as big as Bethesda but acts more like CDPR...

That's a universe I wanna migrate to.

Because fuck end of Human suffering, no more wars, equality for all and no starvation. That's what matters. XD

Well there is such a thing as too much prosperity. For example in order to maintain my American standard of living many people in third world countries have to starve and make my IPhones and shit. Because if we did share everything equally where would that leave me? Everybody would be suffering because there's simply not enough to go around. You see?

I'm sorry i confused your face with your ass Sir.

Hm... that does not sound right.

I'm sorry i mistook your face for your ass.

Dunno, from watching chinese uncensored i think there's something not right with all talk about chinese prosperity. organ trading for example.

so back to the topic, yeah the most recent dev diary implies that there is indeed exist "good" path in tyranny, albeit really difficult comparable with when you joining the legion in new vegas.

Now granted the last time i played F:NW was really long ago, but i don't remember the legion path being "really difficult". What i do remember is that the NWN2: Mask of The Betrayer evil path was really, really difficult if you did not plan out the whole thing.

Hopefully CDPR doesn't go popamole with Cyberpunk 2077, considering that I did read about multiplayer being implemented.

i think it would be more closer to dark souls esque multiplayer. the campaign is still more important, but you could have fun with other player too basically

That's false, there is enough to go around, however no one actually wants to do it.

Would just be better to set priorities to one thing and stick to it, in this case single player. Why does there need to be a multiplayer in a single player RPG? Dark Souls isn't really an RPG and I can kind of understand the whole multiplayer aspect of it, I'm not a fan of it myself but I understand why others would like it.

Yeah Dark Souls is really stretching the definition of an RPG. You're really limited to killing shit.

A kind of co-op, could be very interesting I think, as long as it doesn't take something away from a single player experience.

Not if you believe in Science.

If you really wanted to provide every human being with the living standard of the average american we would need at least one more planet full of resources.
