Yeah I agree with that too. I think 76 is a better game than 4. No pretense of lobotomized RPG, just stripped bare shooting and looting. Absence is better than aggressive stupidity.

I hate most cartoons today. They are infantile garbage, with ugly art and seem to appeal to the lowest common denominator of people. Not to mention the obnoxious fanbases these cartoons seem to create which is full of sexually frustrated perverts and freaks.

Even after Covid-19 is actually under control, wearing masks during things like the regular flu season should be normalized into being basic etiquette. You cough/sneeze into your elbow, wash your hands, and wear a mask in most public spaces.

    Pretty easy, really.

It should become normal etiquette but there's a strain of neanderthals who view it as an affront to their masculinity and are pushing hard against the idea. I don't think it will ever catch on as a new normal in America at least.

Those types are complete wimps that cannot bear even the slightest bit of discomfort, much less anything legitimately masculine.

Wearing a mask is fine but their shouldn't be any laws that force someone to wear a mask, if you aren't wearing a mask and gloves when you go outside then you aren't too bright. However I wouldn't make it law where you have to wear a mask and gloves just so I can juice some retards out of $250.
Well people don't like doing what they're told, with masks it probably confuses people because for months people were told be the WHO that masks don't work or other bad information by supposedly valid news sources.

Corona is a meme and not at all that bad. The death rate is absolutely tiny compared to the infections and I cant imagine going to these lengths to prevent more infections would be worth fucking up the entire world economy.

Lol let's create untold amounts suffering so my grandma doesnt get the coofs. Fuck off.

If this pandemic was at all serious in its effects, it wasn't relayed to the population reliably at all. You're actively telling people "Oh it's like the flu", while having all this leftist bullshit going on. You have Trump as president. So what the fuck? If shit is that bad for reals I wouldn't worry about a fucking mask on my fuckin face. I would be contemplating going outside at all because everyone is fucking insane.

In my opinion there will be a world war in the next twenty to thirty years. This war will not contain nukes or all life being wiped out on the planet. I look forward to it happening since it is going to happen anyway so I might as well be there to see it.

I can see it but it goes without saying it wouldn't be a conventional affair like the first two. A Cold War with the plurality of hybrid warfare methods that have emerged in the last 30+ years. Not the kind of bombastic pomp that makes young men really want to die in a war but something much more prolonged, infrequent and depressing. Targeted cyber or biological attacks to sabotage economies or vital infrastructure programs, better funded and more devastating proxy conflicts. Lovely stuff.

You think it might have more cyberwarfare? I think that cyber attacks in wartime will one day be very prevalent but I'm not sure we're entirely there yet.

This "War" is already going on. The only situation that can change is making it visible.

    100%

Imagine something like Stuxnet as a standard weapon in the arsenal, constantly used back and forth. We've already seen in practice the testing grounds for cyberwarfare aimed at the civilian populace intended to disseminate misinformation in the last five years, all they'd need to do is dial up what is already happening.

Which is why Google, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft are all one company underneath the Pentagons special warfare division.

Cyberwarfare is just one thing but really space based weapons are already up there. I know people don't want to believe that these hypersonic missiles they are claiming to be testing they already have. Like the whole thing is likely for show to tell Russia and China what the game is along with giving us the leeway to finally use them legally.

Hypersonic missiles. Hypersonic missiles. Hypersonic missiles. People just hear that and think "ok just another new missile" but no this is like the 2020 version of a nuke. If perfected these weapons will alter warfare for the next few decades. Combine that with unmanned tech and you can get some idea what WW3 will be like. Then ground troops for cleanup.

Did you guys see a nuke war break out when Russia invaded Ukraine? When China and India were playing Mortal Kombat? When Cuba and...wait...

We can have nukes go off and people not even be aware of it. What comes into question is when civilian targets are attacked what response will happen.

In the future limited tactical nuclear warfare will be allowed but only against white people.

Cyber warfare will never be as cool as Neuromancer made it sound. Pass. I'll skip right to becoming a warlord over the collapsed society, thank you very much.

There's an idea called the Stability-Instability paradox. In effect the reason limited conventional conflict has been allowed underneath the umbrella of deterrence is because the material cost of these limited-scale conflicts are acceptable when compared rationally to the potential material cost of nuclear conflict. This is why proxy warfare or things like the annexation of Ukraine pass by without nuclear conflict, but you aren't going to have some orbital missile "Rods from God" system or any sort of direct attack on the home-turf of the superpowers by eachother in that sort of manner, because then you'd push the lid off of that material cost and nuclear weapons become viable. Of course, states realize this which is why such a scenario won't happen.

The only real theory behind complete non-usage of nukes is the nuclear taboo which is just fucking nonsense IMO.

EDIT: That being said. I can definitely forsee limited nuclear exchange between smaller states like India and Pakistan, but that isn't a world war. And even then, the situation between the two would have to be incredibly dire.
