Wearing a mask is fine but their shouldn't be any laws that force someone to wear a mask, if you aren't wearing a mask and gloves when you go outside then you aren't too bright. However I wouldn't make it law where you have to wear a mask and gloves just so I can juice some retards out of $250.
Well people don't like doing what they're told, with masks it probably confuses people because for months people were told be the WHO that masks don't work or other bad information by supposedly valid news sources.

If this pandemic was at all serious in its effects, it wasn't relayed to the population reliably at all. In my opinion there will be a world war in the next twenty to thirty years. This war will not contain nukes or all life being wiped out on the planet. I look forward to it happening since it is going to happen anyway so I might as well be there to see it.

I can see it but it goes without saying it wouldn't be a conventional affair like the first two. A Cold War with the plurality of hybrid warfare methods that have emerged in the last 30+ years. Not the kind of bombastic pomp that makes young men really want to die in a war but something much more prolonged, infrequent and depressing. Targeted cyber or biological attacks to sabotage economies or vital infrastructure programs, better funded and more devastating proxy conflicts. Lovely stuff.
You think it might have more cyberwarfare? I think that cyber attacks in wartime will one day be very prevalent but I'm not sure we're entirely there yet.

Imagine something like Stuxnet as a standard weapon in the arsenal, constantly used back and forth. We've already seen in practice the testing grounds for cyberwarfare aimed at the civilian populace intended to disseminate misinformation in the last five years, all they'd need to do is dial up what is already happening.

I know people don't want to believe that these hypersonic missiles they are claiming to be testing they already have. Like the whole thing is likely for show to tell Russia and China what the game is along with giving us the leeway to finally use them legally.

There's an idea called the Stability-Instability paradox. In effect the reason limited conventional conflict has been allowed underneath the umbrella of deterrence is because the material cost of these limited-scale conflicts are acceptable when compared rationally to the potential material cost of nuclear conflict. This is why proxy warfare or things like the annexation of Ukraine pass by without nuclear conflict, but you aren't going to have some orbital missile "Rods from God" system or any sort of direct attack on the home-turf of the superpowers by eachother in that sort of manner, because then you'd push the lid off of that material cost and nuclear weapons become viable. Of course, states realize this which is why such a scenario won't happen.
The only real theory behind complete non-usage of nukes is the nuclear taboo which is just fucking nonsense IMO.
EDIT: That being said. I can definitely forsee limited nuclear exchange between smaller states like India and Pakistan, but that isn't a world war. And even then, the situation between the two would have to be incredibly dire.
