Can you come up with you own ideas and not just rip off your own modding fanbase?

Can you at least hire or compensate the modders whose ideas you cashed in on?

Can you patch your own game?

Can you hire professional writers?

Can you make dungeons that have something besides gunners,raiders,feral ghouls, or super mutants in them?

Can you respect lore in any way shape or form?

Can you have something to do besides shoot gunners,raiders,feral ghouls, and super mutants?

Can you make Vaults that have more then 1 terminal explaining what happened? or explain what happened at all?

Can you just hand the franchise to Obsidian and stop embarrassing yourselves already?

It is 'Can I' and not 'Can you', like 'Can I climb this mountain?'

Can I use mods for the game?

As of today's patch, the answer is "no."
 
"Can I at least get Mama Murphy out of her chair someway other then shooting her"

Which leads to:
"Can Mama Murphy please die when I shoot her"

...and...
"Can Marcy Long also die when I shoot her? Uh...and...uh...Preston, Marcy's Husband, Sturges, and every other essential character too, please?"

You can get her off drugs then she will farm and stuff. That was the only way I got her to get off her ass and work.

I think she worked properly before getting off the drugs for me, though...
I only got her to get clean because I couldn't stand her constant "Your energy is tiiiied to this place" bullshit. Too bad it got only replaced by "Mama Murphy stands by her word, no more chems. And no more sight".
Fuuuck, I just want to kill all of those dickwads around Pesto Gravy, and him in particular.

You have to set plugins.txt in your appdata folder to read only, if you didn't already know. That or you can use the FO4SE launcher. Still I don't understand why Bethesda decided to remove support for mods, what exactly do they get by having the launcher disable mods? I don't know maybe Todd Howard is just salty people are already modding his game
 
Could always say you purchased Fallout 4 expecting a Fallout game and left disappointed because you got Skyrim with guns instead.

I think the point is to restrict to questions about what a player can or can't do rather than questions about what Bethesda could do.

Like "Can I climb this Mountain" or "Can you climb this mountain" are both fine since they're asking questions about player conduct in the game, as both "I" and "you" refer to a player; but something like "Can you replace Emil with some better writers" is a question where "you" refers to Bethesda, which is unrelated to Todd Howard's goal.

I got around it by starting the FO4 launcher, then starting NMM and reselecting all the mods.
