What BoS division do you speculate is in Boston?

I absolutely agree, do not make a new faction of the BoS. Be creative, the Outcast especially with the 2287 date could have really expanded in DC, among a little in other regions possibly. Then you include the Rogue Chicago branch, explain that airship, and have the best of both worlds.

The rogue faction flies in around the time or after the Outcast are forming the new or original BoS depending on how you want to look at it, and boom. Its off to Boston.

Just bring a intelligent furry deathclaw with you Midwest please, id like to see one in Fallout 4, thanks.

Sadly all that won't be done by Bethesda and if it is... it will be done badly.
 
Can we finally have saturnite power armor or APA? It seems we can customize power armor materials.
 
I don't think so, but you can paint your Power Armor with flames, so you can feel that you are going faster. I am not kidding btw. You do unlock "paintjobs" for the Power Armor.

Why do I feel like that'd go horribly wrong? We've already seen what heat does to it.

Well Sai, we where both partially correct. According to TheChosen1 in the leaked Fallout 4 gameplay, it's both Lyon's AND Midwestern working as one group from the sounds of it.

Every armor has its weakness. APA mark 2 is composed entirely of lightweight ceramic composites anyway.

But Saturnite absorbs heat like a motherfucker, to the point where a heated knife can melt through metal. You don't want to be inside something that can cook you alive like that.
