What Fallout 4 should've included

It would be pretty fucking stupid regardless, you dimwitted loon. If that is your reason for suggesting it, I'm gonna insult you here because that reasoning is the kind of reasoning that hurts creative integrity severely.

All I know is it'd be fun to play and that's what I think should be my guiding purpose in game design.

Providence

Journey to the haunted country of H.P. Lovecraft as you find yourself in the terrifying ruins of Providence, Rhode Island. The community of survivors in Providence are under siege by terrifying monsters even as superstition drives them to paranoia among their own ranks. Can the Sole Survivor discover the hidden truths about what horrors infest the land or shall they decide to wage war on the peaceful people of the region? Introduces the conflict between the factions of the Sentient Deathclaws, the ultra-religious Purifiers, and the monstrous experiments of HalluciGen.

* Introduces the "Witch Hunter Armor."
* Improved Melee Weapons and Laser Muskets
* Reintroduces Sentient Deathclaws
* New varieties of Ghouls, Mirelurks, and other traditional Fallout monsters
* A Puritan community for the Sole Survivor to experience 17th century-esque Post-Nuclear life.
* Halloween and scare-themed Settlement items
* Holographic ghost enemies and terrifying new monsters lurking in the chemical fog which surrounds th city.

Oh my god.... the gimmicks...

Fallout is dead. It's now Gimmickout. Or Gimmickin...

You are exactly the reason why Fallout 3/4 turned out so terrible. In your retardic rule of cool high you never stop to think what you are ruining. What you need to do is to walk away, find another series. One that prides itself on insanity and rule of cool, and leave Fallout alone. It's suffered enough.

Yeah this would be fine if it wasn't Fallout.

Or maybe Stupidout. Or Stupidin...

I admit, I was joking with that last part. I would still play the shit out of the rest.

Then again, my favorite Fallout 4 quests were:

The Silver Shroud
The Last Flight of the USS Constitution
Nuka World as a whole

It's notably the only time the Sole Survivor emotes when he or she isn't being sarcastic.

I feel like the Master, Tandi, pretty much everyone from the first game is weeping in sadness.

Honestly, Fallout 4 was bitterly disappointing because there WASN'T anything cool in the game. Wouldn't Rule of Cool ruining Fallout 3 and 4 require them to actually have awesome shit in it? Because Fallout 4's biggest problem was long stretches of the game were boring as fuck. It's second biggest problem was its stiffling linearity and really awful dialogue and scripting with plot holes.

Not the "Cool Stuff." Which there was a huge lack thereof.
