What games are you looking forward to most?

A Vietnam era modern day Far Cry style game sounds great. The playstyle of the newer games with the forts and such would worlk well in that theme.

Going by the numbers, we were incredibly skilled at "the game". However there is something about fighting cultures that wear flip-flops to battle that we just can't defeet. Pun intended.

Since i can only choose from GOG linux games, it's a pretty simple choice - Pillars Of Eternity 2. Already have it in my account after backing the game in september, now waiting for the release date.

I still can't finish Pillars of Eternity. Finished first two acts of vanilla and White March I, and damn it, I'm bored. It was really fun for a while, but White March was really disappointing for me and I lost my will to continue playing.

New expansion for Darkest Dungeon based around a “color out of Space”. Looking foward since The last expansion was great.

That's probably my favorite HPL story.
I haven't played Crimson Court or Shieldbreaker tho. I like vanilla, but as it is usual with grinding games, at some point I get bored.

I don't own the White March, but when I played POE, I beat it in around 70 hours. I just couldn't put it down.
After I beat it for the first time, I tried playing it again, but I always get bored too fast.

For some reason I can't get into it anymore.

Into the Breach, the FTL devs' next game, is coming up just in about 10 days. Can't wait for it. On the less foreseeable future, there's Risk Of Rain 2 (unconfirned release), The Surge 2 (late 2018-early 2019), WarGroove (also an advance wars inspired strategy game), Wayward Souls (unironically, a mobile game port to PC), and lastly Stellaris' 2.0 update overhauls and the accompanying DLC to finally give it a nice strong replay after all this time. Can't think of much else right now.

I couldn't put PoE down either, until I got into WM1. That expansion was really, really lacklustre. Little new content, boring dialogues, boring plot (that could be far better), boring dungeon. Only good thing about it was one companion which was great plotwise (but nothing special), and that's it.
It kinda burned me out. I'll be sure to finish it eventually - my Death Godlike Bleakwalker Paladin is such a fun dude - but I can't stand the thought of playing through WM2 if it's as bad as 1. I hope it isn't, I really do...

Looking forward to play PoE2. Haven't seen a game about pirates ever since Akella cancelled Sea Dogs 4 (because they're a bunch of shitters). Also looking forward to see how Sawyer and writing team redeemed themselves after the hot mess PoE1 was.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance coming out in two days. While I won't buy it at launch, I'm kinda excited.

I see so much banter about it but I don't even know what the hell Kentucky Chicken Delivery is about.
