It appears Interplay's current address differs from the one on the postcard. Hmm, what could it be... Hmm... Maybe, just maybe, it's the 10th anniversary.

I already own a copy or i could pick one up for next to nothing anyway, unless they re-released it as a free download but it will be fully rebuilt to run in high res and on modern operating system with multiplayer support, that would be nice.

Yes it's so obvious it's the 10th anniversary of Fallout and nothing new to the genre. Fallout 3 does not count at all in this case
 
This thread is 7 pages long and I still have no idea what's up with the postcard image after going thru them.
I'll check back when it's gonna be at least 14 pages long, maybe I'll have some luck then.
