You have to do more to change the facial features. Broaden the nose, or narrow the chin/jaw, or age the face, or increase the size of the ears, or maybe less hair or different style. This guy is too similar to another face you did.
 
Last two images are very cool, the gatekeeper could still use some work.
 
You could try to make a gif with a small movement, like eyes closing, or a small facial movent with a great delay, etc.

Anyway great work. You're getting better.

Thx you, yes i can make ist isn't a lot of work but i have 3 heads each city and when i make for all one animation then it is a lot of work so meaby after a first release.

Yeah, if you could have it blink occasionally that would cool. Still, great work. I might include it in the expansion as an option for perhaps Lenny? Or maybe some other ghoul in Gecko?
 
I think Lenny because i like him very much as an NPC.
When you play the hardest Diffecult(with the MOd who makes ist much harder) you will need his Skills. By the way fuck Vault City :evil:

And his Impression as a weak warrior is meaby not so stong anymore with this cool Portrait.
(Hey meybe i make soon a mod to make Lenny combat skills a little better.)

And yes i will add an aimation for Lenny.
 
I have to say that much as i like
the ghoul he does not fit Lenny's
character. Lenny is is intended to
be a peacefull healer not one of
those psychotic crazies from
necropolis! As killap says - maybe
another ghoul - such as festus?

Actually, Festus is what I had in mind as another option.
