Worst mechanics in gaming?

I wouldn't mind if you didn't even have a map which showed you where you were, or the overall map that you always have. You either draw them or buy/find them.

Randomly generated content is the worst. Mostly favored by people who have addictive personalities and don't really value their time.

Gambling hundreds of dollars for fucking reskins/items.

I love Valve, but they are REALLY bad because of this.

And now Blizzard is on my shit-list because of it.

Just micro transactions in general are shit. The fastest way of making me stop a game if it has microtransactions of any kind, specially if you have to pay for the game in the first place.

Oh god yes.

I play War Thunder, which is your generic 'freemium' game.

its okay, but Overwatch and such are cancer.

A full priced game? Which only has multiplayer? Which has fucking gambling!? COME ON!

Like, I can play a game that doesn't stop me every 10 minutes unless I pay them 5 dollars for the same prize it would cost me to play that game for a full day. So fuck them.

On a more personal bias, I just dislike card games in general, mostly because I have really rotten luck when it comes to those, if you lock any content behind a card game I will straight up just never see it.

Honestly, card games are 100% luck nothing else.

Which is why I dislike them...

I used to be a Yugioh fan, I haz 2 Blue eyes.

War Thunder is pretty good at this, were money is spent mostly on customizing your tank. Let other fools waste their cash on that shit.

;D

I usually only buy a premium vehicle here and there, and use the excess RP for silver lions.

BV238 is a fucking powerhouse at its tier.

Usually Russian (patriotism eh?). It's the only way I can play the game and kill stuff. Hell, if you get some good ones you can run circles around other tanks while flinging shitloads of lead at them.

Yeah, russian SPAA is nice.

I mostly fly german planes now, trying to get the Ho-229.

I also usually play german tanks...I want panther.

Say you know something else I miss from games sometimes? Having to draw your own map (though I prefer being able to find in-game maps to use) or actually using a basic map that does not mark every nook and cranny until the player character discovers said nook and crannies themselves (like in Silent Hill). Morrowind had something similar to that effect with a basic map that only marked major cities (though the local area map does show dungeon entrances if the PC stands in the right place).

Play Underrail and enjoy.

Admittedly, it can only take out weaker tanks from the side/front.

Something like a Tiger 2, or heaven forbid, a Maus, is invincible to them.
Well, for an AA tank that's still pretty good. Is it fast? The way I use most AA vehicles is to circle other tanks and take them from the rear, easy.
