Like a Faction took over an abandoned Cake factory and started planting something similar to wheat and started producing lots of bread.
Lots of ranchers, farmers and just businessmen trying to sabotage each other to take control of the huge plot of land.
Have them eat shit other than mutated meat, some bread, grains and Corn. Make meat a luxury
Like make it over a large plot of fertile land, different kinds of food should be really important elements of the setting.
The next Fallout game should still be a multi faction conflict, but they should scale it back from New Vegas.
