Anyone noticed Legion supporters usually spell Caesar wrong?

I meant they don't attack you the player on sight. They only attack you if you have something they want, they're not your regular psychotic, bloodthirsty raiders.

They are escaped convicts. Whether they attack the player in game is irrelevant to their actual actions in-universe, which consists of having attacked a caravan and raped the female guard before the Courier shows up.

Why are you making excuses for the LITERAL convicts but the Legion is too far? One provides anarchy and mass rape, the other provides civilization, safety, culture, and a standing army and covert Ops unit for those who side with them.

Female guard in the trade caravan had her armor removed, while the male guard is intact.

They are hated by the NCR, Legion, and Brotherhood of Steel of all factions for constantly harrassing those factions. Saying they are not psychotic raiders is just wrong.

Well, I looked on the wiki and it said on the PS3 the bodies don't appear so I've never seen them. And again, a raider will attack you for no reason other than to kill you, a Powder Ganger will other confront you if you have something they want.

Except the powder gangers are not the rule of law in NCR as opposed to legion enslaving women, their babies and then using them as broodmares(babies included when they come of age) for yet more slaves is a deliberate function of Legion society. Not to mention this is a frontier territory of the NCR. I'm sorry, but that is an extremely important distinction for me.

And Powder Gangers don't just kill people out of fun? Are you serious with this right now? That's literally their entire schtick, kill people and destroy shit with dynamite. That is why they attack trade caravans and harrass a bunch of factions, and not because they want something out of anyone.

I’m not saying the Powder Gangers are the rule of law. At all. I’m saying that the Powder Gangers are a PRIMO FUCKIN STEAK of an example of how the NCR’s justice system failed. What you asked earlier, about it being a pragmatism thing for me? Partially. But it’s also a matter of “one is falling apart, and one is on the rise”. That’s not being simply pragmatic, that’s recognizing that some forms of government just repeat failing history. Rome only failed when it rotted, like America, admittedly. The difference is that Rome took 1000+ years to rot. Both America and the NCR are dying after ~200.
