Sounds great! I love that you (guys) are enhancing the game in a purist fashion, and not just mindlessly adding stuff to make a bigger mod/patch.
Looking forwards to playing 1.3 Will most likely be the best gaming experience I have had for some years now.

If 1.3 does not include the Shi Sub, then that will come in 1.4. If 1.3 does include the sub, then 1.4 will be fixes/optimizations and whatever else I forgot to put in. I hope to get all the new content in 1.3 though, so that I can bring closure to the RP. Alas, I can't keep doing this forever.BigDuke66 said:

No.. as in im saying.. how about those of us that just wanna play FO2 in its glory with all the fixed content, original content, and stuff that was supposed to be there. Not all the little extras. I don't even know what the Shi sub is, how it relates to anything, or if it's even important. So, how can I have sympathy for a long delay because of it?
For all I know its just some dream killap came up with, and is putting it in cause he just wants too. Which detracts from all the rest. I've personally put off replaying FO2 for 6 months, cause I wanted the 1.3 patch that's supposedly supposed to fix many of the glitches and oversights of 1.2.. and im still waiting.

The Shi Sub was a part of the original design doc for Fallout 2, that, like the EPA, Primitive Tribe, etc, didn't make it into the final game, presumably due to time constraints (They only had a year to release a sequel to Fallout, hence all the cut/unfinished content).
As for the "extras" that Killap was talking about, such as some new animations and the enhanced maps, well, they're not going to delay the RP, because they're already done.
