Is there any reward in giving brother john heart pills?

He talks about an 'item'. But I checked my inventory and didnt get any. Am I blind, or is it a little bug?:)

He gives you a Stealth Boy. Works for me so you might need glasses... :P

If I kill the doctor at the EPA, is there any way for me to free the prisoners he's keeping?

He seems like kind of a bastard, and I'd just like to put a bullet in his skull and release the people he's keeping there. I can't seem to find a way to bring down the force field to their jail cell, though.

You can blow up the top most forcefield using dynamite or plastic explosive and save the last remaining sane prisoner. The others you can open with the computer as far as I recall. The monsters at the bottomost cell will attack the doctor if he's alive btw. The one's in the middle probably will attack you or the monsters (to protect the doctor) but in the early 1.1 version they just stood there japping (for me at least).
 
Okay... I am screwed with the game if I cant get to enclave with vertibird... I did quests for Hubologist so the Shi peeps are pissed off at me... so cant get any fuel from them... so are the oiltanker people...

Oh and this mod is AWESOME!! Thanks for it!

But you can still get fuel from the Hubologists (except if you did the fuel quest for their space shuttle... yes, you'd be screwed). Do the Vikki Goldman quest. You've got to talk to the guy who wears a cap near the space shuttle (his name is Dave). You ask him where does he come from, he will say "Canada", and you'll ask him why did he come from so far... and he'll say that he came for Vikki. So you talk about Dave to Vikki, you come back and talk to Dave and you say that she'd like to know him better, and then you ask for fuel.

When you say : "I did quests for Hubologist "=>It would help if you tell me what you did exactly for the Hubologists. Do you mean all the quests?

Or you can divert fuel from the Shi mainframe (the Emperor) if you screwed up with Dave.
Good luck flying with the vertibird. Haven't heard of anyone managing to do that, so please let us know if you do.

Well, doesn't seem like any one is much interested in a walkthrough, but here is what I have so far (which is not much at all).

As mentioned before, someone with knowledge of the scripts needs to help out to get info about ability and skill levels required for dialogue options. I don't know how to figure that out.
 
Well I did the emperor killing quest for Hubologist so the shi people got mad so cant get fuel from emperor.. but before that I did the quest to kill Badger for hubologist so that pissed off the oiltanker people...>.< But I am going to try that Vikki thingie

EDIT: Okay... Dave dosent have anything to say he just greets me.. I can only say "In no way. thanks" and when I talk to Vikki there is no option to tell her that Dave has crush on her... -_-;

I do! It was hard to find the pilot who tell you how to fly but after that all you need is to go to Navarro, get some chemical requisition and fly away with the vertibird.
But once you get the vertibird from Navarro you can't get back without a fight...
And I don't figure how to refuel the vertibird... :crazy: hehe

Even if the emperor is dead, try to hack one of the Shis computer (in their laboratories). Maybe it will work and you'll be able to steal some fuel (usually, you can steal fuel from their computer, but I don't know if it still works after the emperor's death). I never tried this after killing the emperor without having already taken the fuel,...but I guess it's worth a go.

P.S => As regards Dave, I have no problem. Maybe your "speech" skill isn't high enough or it's you charisma/intelligence.

Somewhere in the "Hills", but if I'm correct Maria at Navarro base have to tell you to search for Captain Anthony Fassard , EUSAF pilot first.

He drink too much... :wink: but after some shot he will talk...

Have you past the test to be become a mailman??

If you have a look at the poseidonet computer (tanker top level) and choose either go or check status, you'll get a message about no fuel. After that you CAN ask Dave to divert fuel.

If you don't ask Dave what brought him down from Canada the first time, you wont get the dialog option about Vikki.

But I think you have some kind of auto-pilot...

All procedures are fully automated and thus no intervention by crew members is needed." You just need the Yellow Reactor Keycard from chrased vertibirid and align the satellites to fly to the Oil Rig.
