I'm a huge action fan, Aliens, Rambo, Terminator 1, etc, I love them.
No modern movie even compares.
Jurassic World is shittier than Jurassic Park, Alien Covenant is trash, etc.
I hate the argument that 'YOU NEED TO SEE IT TO KNOW HOW GOOD IT IS!", its circular logic, do you need to have cancer to know how bad it is?
I haven't made that argument, nor has anyone else here from what I can tell, so your statement is something between a poorly constructed strawman or a shit swung in a random direction.
As for your action film love, I'm sorry, but 80s are over. Deal with it. Besides, there are good action flicks on the market, John Wick for instance.
With that being said, when your past few posts are combined, the basic message is that "I love action films, but there are no actions films like in the good old days anymore, therefore film industry sucks".
I'm not even going to analyze how illogical such message is (even though I'm pretty sure you're going to say that my understating of what you have written so far is wrong), nor how incorrect it is (because even I were to put forward examples and arguments, you would probably dismiss them because whatever). Granted, I may be overassuming here, but your posts in this thread and their quality speak for themselves.
I would just suggest that you look up the meaning of
non sequitur...and chill out a bit, dude. Nobody in this world really gives a damn about what you have to say if you're screaming it at the top of your lungs. Sorry if that sounds condescending, but it's a genuine advice.
Edit: Oh, now we're at the "pls ban me" part. I didn't think it would come to this. It's not like I haven't seen it a million of times. Boring.
