Fallout 4 gameplay videos leaked, Bethesda starts taking them down

So the intro is extremely similar to the Kotaku leak: http://newfallout.com/images/fallout-4/fallout-4-leaked-script.jpg.

They go with the father-son trope again, and even though it can be done well, here it's really simply generic emotional manipulation, even worse than in Fallout 3. I now fully believe these hacks should sell the Fallout IP to someone else. Todd and Emil, they're just hacks pandering to what they think are marketing trends, and dolling the game up to make it look like a Fallout game on the surface. They will never admit to doing that, of course, but that is their design philosophy.

They are creating what they know their audience will like. They quit caring what we liked a long time ago.

Is not just extremely similar, it's a literal transcript from the actual Intro. Also only the male character gets a narration because it starts before you even create your character.

Hell I just think Emil and Todd are just using the Fallout IP to sell their fan fiction. Would explain the the whole father/son fascination.

Exactly, the game is not even out yet, you will need the energy for ... when they ...come.

Yeah, I am kinda expecting a legion of Beth fan boys will come trolling NMA. Sanders ban hammer is going to be really busy these next couple of weeks.

Am I a Beth fanboy? I do love their games, with complaints of course. Do hate what they've done with Fallout. I dunno, maybe I'm just rational...

Nothing wrong with liking a games that the company made. Its just when irrational rabid fan boys fail to see that the game has any flaws, believes that it is perfect, believes those that point out its flaws are haters and drowns out any form of constructive criticism with inane yelling and trolling are the real problem.

I don't know, maybe I am just being too optimistic, but from streams and news sites it seems like the hype for Fallout 4 has considerably died down with the leaks.... Some people outside of here have been outright negative about it and everything... One can hope...

Well, Fallout 3 has worn off. People know what to expect. Who knows? Maybe many even tried the old Fallouts? It is also painstakingly obvious that Bethesda is trying to cater to the Mass Effect audience - who's not seeing this is clearly in denial. However, the big problem is, Bethesda is not really very good at doing that. I mean as cringe worthy as Mass Effect can be (at least sometimes ...), it is still delivering a very good and tight cinematic experience, if that sort of role playing is your thing. How would someone say, it has certain punch to it, which is delivered from the very great presentation, the epic battles, art assets and everything. Bethesda is a one trick pony, and they always capitalize on that. But they can not deliver on the visuals, they can not create epic locations, nor is their strength to tell a very tight narrative. So naturally I feel that more people will be at least in some way disapointed. It isn't going completely in the directin of Mass Effect, but it also isn't the clear F3 experience either. Not to mention that their animations are really really bad for this time and age. I mean it is 2015 after all ... not 2005.

You mean you didn't saw that John Cena coming? I thought Bethesda gave that one clearly away at their E3 Press conference.

Man, the Shock in there is what John Cena apparently does to Hulk Hogan on his Synthesis ending.... Jesus Christ, that git dark fast.

I love his main dialog check, called attitude adjustment
