I won’t at all be surprised if ES6 pulls an MGS V and releases half a game as a full price prequel before the real game comes out.
Difference is that MGS V was stellar, imo.

I was about to say they'll make a Fallout Battle Royal, but then I remembered they already added that to 76.I won’t at all be surprised if ES6 pulls an MGS V and releases half a game as a full price prequel before the real game comes out.

Oh shit, welcome back, man. Haven’t seen you in awhile.I'm pretty sure during my attempts to defend Fallout 76 I said there was no way Bethesda would be actually stupid enough to add pay-to-win microtransactions or monthly subscription fees to the game. Looks like I was wrong.

At this point it just basically everyone wondering just how much lower can Bethesda go and every time they reach a new low they outdo themselves a month or two later.I was about to say they'll make a Fallout Battle Royal, but then I remembered they already added that to 76.
There was a time when I thought Fo4 was the pinnacle of bad ideas for Bethesda, that it was all up hill from there. Oh how naive I was.

The main problem with Fortnite is that every AAA gaming studio and publisher in the West wants their game to be the next Fortnite. It has stunted creativity in my opinion. The problem is that Fortnite, for as absolutely brain dead as it is, can claim that its microtransactions are cosmetic.
With the addition of subscription bonuses, 76 has been firmly pushed into the realm of pay to win.
