Kathleen Kennedy. A woman who was handed Star Wars because Disney wanted a diversity hire even though the only job she ever had was giving Lucas and Spielberg their coffee. From what I heard Lucas originally wanted Filoni and Favreau to be in charge of Star Wars but Disney threw a fit and wanted Kennedy instead because "she had a bigger and more prestigious film pedigree and is also a woman", even though, as I said before, she was just the assistant that got the coffee and donuts.
