I think PC Gaming is good, but I just can't be asked with the whole checking systems thing. Even through some games I would like to create (I'm currently doing Game Tech, lets see how far I get with that) are for PCs so there's always that.

Really, the only games I play on my Laptop are the old Fallouts and Wasteland 1.

I play on console also, its nothing to be ashamed of. I do it for convenience, a PS4 game will always play on a PS4 I never have to check and make sure my machine meets the requirements of the game. I dont have alot of free time and I don't want to spend the little that I do have working on the machine

And that is why on release a Indie game costs $5 to $15 and a AAA costs $50+.
It is all about the price you pay, if many indie games are empty of legitimate content it makes sense they cost around 10% of what big full of content games cost.
 
People have a lot of misconceptions abou pc gaming but they will make statements as if they actually know jack.... I mean, you prefer consoles, okay, to each their own, but your statements on how "complicated" pc gaming is makes you sound like an idiot.
 
No but seriously, even then it's a robbery. I mean how is walking around in a simulated and bland environment worth around 10 to 15 bucks?
 
There are good AAA games, there are good indie games, there are crap AAA games, there are crap indie games. Nothing's going to change that.
 
When I said "indie games" I wasn't talking about their artistic value, or even their quality as games. I was just saying there are now a lot of games available outside of the AAA game producers.

Yes, I know. When I said indie artistic games I mean those cheap games that aim to be like art then actually provide some kind of story.
