It's not really a fantasy, it's a precedent because if it's not upheld, just like when the amendment was originally formed, the people 100 years from now are going to be too retarded to be able to exists WITHOUT a second amendment.

Also as far as who. It's the RICH who want to disarm the POOR as it's always been, because it gets publicity and grants them authority.

Those are the only two things that matter, in the whole political world honestly, and business, and science, ect.

You can thank unbridled capitalism for all of it too. Capitalism itself is what's going to turn the USA into the next USSR shithole if it isn't maintained on a daily, grueling basis.

How are the poor right now better off with guns?

I get it when someone says he wants a gun to shoot for fun hell I even can see it if someone feels saver with a gun/weapon. Granted.

But this this idea that weapons alone grant you freedom and liberty? Where is this coming from? It can't come from the recent American history where pretty much any civili rights movement fought trough jurisdiction, protesting and marching. Where have weapons really been a part of this? As far as I can say usually the OTHER side had the guns. And still lost.

The way how I see it right now is that those rich fucks you're talking about take away your freedom but no one cares because people can still have their guns. In my opinion that is the biggest trick they managed to play here. It's outright genius in its simplicity and how it works. You simply make people associate liberty with weapons. That way no one can say liberty is getting attacked or even removed as long as they can still have their guns. It's the same they did with militarism and patriotism where you're even called unamerican when you question the US military. And gun manufacturers can earn a shit ton of money. It's perfect. And all of this while the United States is on their way to becoming a third world country when you look at the corruption in government, the corporations destroying workers rights, the inequality increasing and the crumbling infrastructure.

How many people have taken up their arms and revolted when they realized, wait a min our government started a war on a lie telling us about weapons of mass destruction. 100.000 of people including our own soldiers died for nothing. Should we go and do something? Naw.

Laughable. Seriously. There will never be such kind of revolution in the United States where the poor or who ever takes up arms to change anything.

Hey I am Canadian. No American dem wants to take guns from me. I have to worry about the liberals (Liberal Party of Canada LPC) and socialists (New Democrat Party NDP) here, the environmentalists (Green Party) want to but when they say there part on it they just say that they would "restrict access for handguns and assault style firearm's to sport shooters and collectors" which is what our current laws do hahaha.

The reason you think that way is because you have a victim mentality and can't understand why anyone would not ever think like you. That is why your opinion is ill relevant, not taken seriously, and at the end of the day I am armed and you are not so go cry about it.

Just remember that these people aren't Americans and would like to do everything they can to take us down a peg because they feel trapped by our stranglehold of the global market.

Their opinions are ill relevant really and not backed by any force like ours, and our civil servants for a large part are patriots.

Problem is fighting a two-pronged civil war against corruption and greed while not giving the flag to other groups that pretend to be our "allies".

Also the grip of religious institutions and secret societies that federalists for a large part have done for most of our history have tried to smoke out and negate their influences.

Just because you're "liberal" and are more open minded doesn't mean that other liberal groups are your friends, and just because conservatives are fighting for the right to bear arms doesn't mean they are your friends either, however they are more a friend because they are stupid rather than diabolical.
